I am amazed by the customer service provided by Beautiful Beastie. The ambiance, location, and parking are excellent. The staff are very welcoming and you feel really well taken care of. First, from the minute you call them till you leave your appointment, they go above and beyond for you. They make you feel comfortable and make sure all of your needs and concerns have been met. Because it was my first time, I was nervous but Toria guided me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. I also loved how detailed and precise she was. She started with a lash bath, which felt like my eyelashes had a day in the spa! She is such a sweetheart and had a blanket to keep me warm on the table. She asked how I liked my lashes and if there was something I did or did not want. She had three hours to work on me because I have so many lashes. I am so happy with my lashes. After having numerous terrible experiences with other lash artists; allergic reactions, inconsistencies, constant cancellations or rescheduling and flat out bad work, I met my lash angel, Kira! I was really nervous to get my lashes done again, but Kira was calm and confident in her ability to help me. She performed a glue patch test to eliminate allergic reaction risks prior to performing her lash extension service. She also listened to what I wanted and explained to me what could be done for my lashes after another lash artist gave me a set with too much glue that lacked proper isolation. As a lash artist myself, I can tell you that Kira's work is impeccable and her personality is so fun/vibrant to be around. Her work and vibe are definitely worth traveling and the price! read more
