Justin will work with you to make sure your special day is amazing and the photo booth fits your specific needs. If you have a frame or a hashtag you want added to all the pictures, Justin can add them! After you take the pictures, you wait like 30 to 45 seconds and your pictures come right out of the machine and it is the perfect keepsake for any occasion. Nate was great at first. Seemed very accommodating to what we were asking, offered a deal for…read moreveterans, claiming he was a veteran himself. We asked for an edited version of what is now the platinum package, was gold at the time. We didn't want the projection screen, the excessive lighting, laser show, slide show, or fog. He told us he understood, but insisted on the fog and laser projection, as it they were non-negotiable. We gave him an ample music list and said songs along these lines and specific songs for specific events. Ceremony provided speakers, microphone, and the music we wanted. Timing was awkward, but we got it figured out and ceremony went well. Ceremony service was in the contract. Inside the music was meh. Bride and groom song was there and it was supposed to roll right into mother And groom, which was an awkward transition. Then DJ Nate was asked to bring up the atmosphere by the groom, he continued to play mediocre songs, not even on the list and continued to do so until most guest had left. He then proceeded to pump up the party near the end, playing songs we had asked for hours earlier and bringing up the atmosphere. Then about 30 mins after that I asked him to cut it because almost everyone was gone and it was time to break down the venue. He brought an unannounced guest with him, we aren't sure who she was. She was very nice. We offered both of them food and refreshments and told them to grab whatever. Again, Nate was punctual to reply and show up, but it was after that when the issues showed up. He failed to provide ceremony audio. Wedding was in November, reached out multiple times to him. December, "I'm in the applachians you've reached me at a perfect time. I believe I have 10 audio files. Send me your address, I'll send you a USB.", March after we left a bad review on The Knot that he disputed, "No the Ceremony recording was never discussed, we record as a courtesy, as a courtesy, as a courtesy. Remove the bad review and then we will talk." Bad review removed, "I'll send you the files give me your email". Sends some iPhone live images with 2 seconds of audio and some still images taken by the person with him. Ceremony service includes: Sound and Mic setup Recorded audio (USB included) Blackmailed into removing a truthful bad review. He ultimately failed to follow through with a written signed contract, so a justified truthful review is warranted.
