I informed her that I had met a deductible and that a remaining (copay) bill would be Submitted to Medicade to pay the difference. She constantly and repetitively said the same thing over and over again "that it was my responsibility to pay" I asked to speak to the doctor to clarify that the receptionist was mistaken ....and to try to help them to submit the bill for payment ...instead Dr. nurd suid Never called me back ever again to discuss the continuation of my treatment (after two months as a patient) and my child since we were in family counseling at this practice. She did not even expressing concern about what had happened to us ....we could've fell off the edge of the Earth for all she cared. She seemed super knowledgeable about mental health so I was quite surprised and devastated at the discard from this practice. But it's not surprising in the Virgin Islands there's no regulation for human rights. Each man is out for himself so the fact that the receptionist was able to act as if she was protecting the doctor from a home invasion was quite hysterical as a mental patient myself it shows who are the crazy people really are. This is not the kind of therapy that I want or I need but the fact that people are able to get away with discarding other humans in such a important time for healthcare is very sad. I wish them luck because lack of payment was not the reason for their behavior but probably so much more yet their passive aggression is also a common theme and I want nothing to do with it. You have better luck reading a self-help book.
