The owner has a heated pool at the back of the house and is very well maintained. They have really friendly instructors who are very patient with the kids. My son started taking swimming lessons there about a year ago and he really enjoyed it . Initially he was very scared to even go in the pool but with the persistence of the instructors he overcame that fear and is now trying to swim along with the other kids. They are also very reasonably priced - under 10$ for a lesson is genuine enough . Well recommended for beginners.

Rude, Obnoxious and Extremely Unprofessional…read more I rang up to book a lesson and she answered like it was her personal phone, didn't identify herself or the driving school, she jacked up the price to $50 and said that it was about to be updated in the website but I told her it says there it's $45. We agreed on that price. I was indecisive and had a bad feeling about how unprofessional she was just based on the way she answered. Oh boy, how right I was! EXTREMELY Unprofessional: * Didn't asked me if I wanted manual or automatic. I got automatic * She( Rosie) was 10 mins late, and apologize begrudgingly much later. * Didn't let me start the car, check my mirrors, adjust the seat. * Didn't explain what and where the buttons and levers are, letters and numbers on the gearshift. * Told me I can't ask questions when driving. * She kept on talking, insulting me and pedestrians. E.g. I was wearing a gold earrings and asked if they are real or gold coated and told her my mom bought it for me and she told me it's .not real. yeah she went there * Repeatedly ignored all hazards that I have Identified and told me "Just ignore it." * Doesn't give clear instructions and when I pointed it out, insulted me and asked "If I understand English" * Kept on saying "I bet you will tell your friends that I am bitch and won't be taking another lesson with her." I just laughed didn't answer. She repeated this and I got annoyed and asked, "Why do you keep on saying that? Who said that to you? Because I didn't say that." * Didn't point out any hazards , road rules or told me to scan the road while driving but kept on gossiping about pedestrians about the way they look, their ethnicity etc.. * Kept on asking personal questions. * Paid cash but didn't I get receipt. So I don't know how she will declare that on her tax. * Rang me up at late at night didn't answer, she but left a text demanding that she needs to talk and see me for a review. RACIST * I identified a hazard a man( Chinese descent was about to cross the street) I gently break and she got mad and told her about the hazard. She said "Doesn't matter he is a dog." I asked "What?" and she repeated what she said and "All Chinese are dogs." * I recognized we were driving in Hurstville and said that to her. She said "You feel at home here then." I told her "I'm not Chinese." And she said "Isn't that the same?" * Everytime an Asian person was walking, she would say like that's your people something to that effect. I'm Asian descent. OBNOXIOUS * We were at the stoplight and a female pedestrian in tight jeans and short top was crossing. She made a comment "Look at that girl she is so fat for that clothes." In my head I was like "WTF?!" but told her "She can wear whatever she likes." She kept on repeating what she said and I kept on repeating what I said till she gave up on it. She has a really heavy Indian accent that I can't barely understand so I kept on asking her to repeat what she said, especially her instructions and she kept on insulting me that I don't understand English and I'm stupid and she went to school here LOL which made me laugh so hard inside. When she got snippy I just made her look stupid by asking her to be specific what to do as I'm a newbie. I learned nothing from this lesson. Just spend money on reputable driving schools. I chose this because mainly of the price and had great reviews. After initially speaking with her, I should have cancelled and also her website is poorly design with stock standard photos - dead giveaway!. The previous critics who gave her a 1 star review were spot on. If you read this review and heed my warning, good on you! If not -I told you so!

Thanks to get qualified I am $1500 out of pocket with no qualification!…read more This has been a 6 month long affair. I enrolled to complete a certificate 4 in commerical cookery in June 2015. 2 months later i discovered that my employer a registered training provider(RTO) would in fact fund the course for me through there internal RPL program. Sooo obviously i would not require Get Qualified to obtain an RPL for me anymore. I contacted GQ requested a refund i was sent a refund request form. Filled out the form and emailed it back. GQ acknowledged receiving my form and said there would be a 4-6 week waiting period to get my refund. 4-6 weeks is excessive considering they had no problem taking the money from me ASAP. I patiently waited until i got to the 8 WEEK mark! During this period of waiting no communications were sent to me regarding the progress of my refund. How odd! I called GQ and spoke to a lady called Renna. Apparently she handles all refunds and makes judgement calls whether you get refunded or not! She completely denied my refund and said that i was not eligible for a refund because the reason i wanted a refund was not good enough. I was as you would imagine infuriated! Not only did GQ give me false hope of receiving a refund by sending my a form that they were never going to accept in the first place they made me wait DOUBLE the time a refund should take. I then had to engage THEM! I was offered the chance to use my so called credit with GQ to do another course so that they didnt have to pay up. I refused obviously. Get this through your head please GQ I payed for a service to be delivered. You did NOT deliver that service Therefore give me my dam money back. I feel so much more confident and I had such a good teacher. I really found the exercises to be helpful and they don't take up much time either. It's great to feel better and know what to do. I raved so much to my HR manager that they've sent a whole lot more people. And from what I've heard,they all seem to like the courses too. Which is a good recommendation isn't it.
