John was super helpful & he helped me find a carpet in store within my budget but still very good quality and then went above and beyond to do so when the original carpet I wanted was out of stock. Very quick turn around as carpets are booked to be fit on Tuesday, so literally 5 days from calling up they'll be down and sorted which is fantastic as I'm currently heavily pregnant and on a time limit. Nothing I asked was too much and the service was fantastic. Thank you so much.

They were streets ahead of the competitors. Once they arrived I was informed immediately and was told they were to be installed the very next day (now how's that for service). The team turned up, looking professional in great vans and smartly dressed uniforms. This set me at ease as I could just tell they knew what they were doing. the team did a fantastic job, all rubbish removed and the end product, JUST WOW. if you are wanting shutters or any blinds at all, you have to get Beautiful Blinds to do them.

I got them to arrange the carpet fitter which was a great price and saved me a job. I would say the only thing that is expensive is the delivery of the carpets i live not even 5 minutes drive from the store and they wanted a fortune so see if you can get someone to help you get them home. Both of them were so polite, friendly and professional in every way, just could not fault them. Two of the nicest people. They turn up on time and work like its going out of fashion. Friendly service by Bob who runs the company, lovely bloke who always tries to give you what you want but will advise otherwise if he thinks yr wrong
