I was getting some relatively untanned areas such as on the sides of my thighs. The machines are also very fast. I only needed 6 mins in it. The only downside vs one other tanning salon I went to in Kent, is in Kent they had other things you can do for the same price, such as a red light therapy machine and massage chair, which aren't available here. That being said, it's a fantastic place to get in and get out with a fantastic tan!

I've never once had a bad experience. Everyone that's worked there has been great. Sure they'll offer products, but they're also very smart at helping you get results, which is real. If it's an issue for you, just buy cheap Amazon stuff and say no thank you, the girls there are super nice and won't badger you. They do keep you up to date when there's good sales on the stuff they sell, it's not a gimmick, just looking out for their clients. The place is always super clean, the staff's incredible, the equipment there is good and well maintained. I've been very impressed with how the management's been able to keep great employees when no one else can seem to find good help. Don't let any of the bad reviews sway you. Yeah tanning costs a little money, I think it's definitely worth it though as I used to get terrible sun burns and I don't now by keeping up a light base. If you're looking for a place to tan, I recommend this PBT. Been to a few others out of town, most are pretty good, one wasn't great, but this is the best I've seen. And hey, if any corporate types see this review... bring back the 23 hour rule, and know that your employees at Streetsboro PBT are legit.

It's Good Friday, Google shows open hours today, her website gives the appointment day and time to choose. Waited another 15 minutes. Inside the hall on the door DOES NOT HAVE A CLOSED SIGN. Which would be so easy. Instead it's outside on a window you would NEVER be looking at. I should have listened to another Google review that mentioned this very same scenario. She could have changed her voicemail to say she was closed. Changed website to not give appointments. And posted the CLOSED SIGN inside the hall where you walk in. Just a very disappointing experience with this business that easily could have marked in many places that they were not open instead of giving the ability to book an appointment and take my money and then be CLOSED!

One of the worst experiences I've had at a hair salon. I have never had any issues with lightening my hair before. And to get charged $195, for this?! My balayage for my wedding was way cheaper and MUCH better looking than this (different salon). I'm disappointed to have to write this review but even more disappointed that I'm stuck with this hair. This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. I wish I would have known how bad it looked in the back and with natural lighting before leaving. Management has still not contacted me after I called the store and left my information. Update!!! After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. I'm glad I gave this place another chance, and was able to walk out happy with my hair.
