Totally unacceptable and very disappointing experience overall. The lack of professionalism and customer care made it feel like my time was not valued. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I was delighted to find Studio Montage open one evening when I intended to get dinner at thr neighboring Rib & Chop house. I made my appointment for a Saturday afternoon haircut with Kelsi. Kelsi listened to my tales of bad haircuts so patiently and we had time to talk about the style I wanted--asymmetrical a-line, and even showed her some previous good haircuts I had. At first, she was going very conservative with the amount cut off, but we both realize that I have too much hair and need to pivot with removing volume via texturizing scissors without sacrificing the shape. The haircut in its final form is, as the kids these days say...VERY DEMURE, VERY MINDFUL. I look good. Your individual concerns are addressed and adapted to each need. I believe their communication is open, and my PT will call me when needed to answer questions regarding my care/needs. The actual building is tight for therapy and exercises. However they are moving into a larger building within 2-3 months. I would recommend them for PT within the Great Falls area & surrounding.

I usually get their regular 60 minute massage with Amy Holmlund. She is amazing! There's calming music, the room is nice and dimly lit so you can relax and unwind. Amy does an amazing job easing sore or stiff muscles. I would recommend this to anyone. You come out of there so relaxed you could just fall asleep. I've done it during the winter too and it just has this cozy comforting vibe that continues throughout the day.
