Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I received Botox treatment for my forehead as well as other areas of the face expecting the standard outcome--reduced movement and a smooth, even appearance. However, even after a full month, my forehead still moves significantly, and the results are clearly uneven. Some areas responded to the treatment while others did not, which immediately raised concerns for me. I made my first notification of the poor results as soon as I noticed this inconsistency, questioning why some areas were working while others were not. The service was performed by a young lady who, in my opinion, did not seem fully knowledgeable about how the treatment should be properly applied. While I am not a medical professional, I have had Botox done before and recognized right away that something was wrong. I only felt injections in two areas of my forehead, and I left the appointment looking like I had "two horns," as if all the units had been concentrated in those two spots instead of evenly distributed. Additionally, the area between my eyebrows still has noticeable movement, when there should be none. When I brought these concerns forward, I was asked to return so they could take photos. After doing so, I was told I needed to wait an additional two weeks to see the full effects--even though other areas had already taken effect. This explanation felt dismissive and did not address the obvious imbalance in the results. What's most frustrating is that no meaningful solution was offered. There was no refund, no corrective treatment, and no accountability for the poor outcome. The only option presented was to wait longer or come back again--which would have been my third visit for the same unresolved issue. At that point, I chose not to return. This experience has been incredibly upsetting. Facial treatments like Botox require precision, expertise, and trust. When done poorly, it impacts not only your appearance but also your confidence. The lack of care and refusal to provide a reasonable resolution only made the situation worse. I would strongly advise other women to shy away from this provider based on both the poor results and the lack of customer support.

Before even checking with me, she asked another client to change and automatically rescheduled me for a time that conflicted with another appointment. When I let her know this wouldn't work for me, she became very angry, stating she was trying to accommodate me and did I not respect her time? She went on further, stating I pre-booked the appointment weeks before and that I had made changes before (one time). I've only seen her once and yes, life happens, changes need to be made, but she does not seem to understand this. I replied to her that I never asked to move a client for me, especially without checking to see if that time would work for me, so obviously, she did not seem to respect my time. She then said I was being rude. At that point, I let her know to cancel everything and that I would be going elsewhere. She then replied that she cancelled it and wouldn't be charging me for it!! Her cancellation policy states that as long as you cancel or change an appointment before 24 hours, no cancellation fee would be applied. She is just too much and very unreasonable.
