I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this provider and feel it's important to share what happened so others can make informed decisions. I received Botox treatment for my forehead as well as other areas of the face expecting the standard outcome--reduced movement and a smooth, even appearance. However, even after a full month, my forehead still moves significantly, and the results are clearly uneven. Some areas responded to the treatment while others did not, which immediately raised concerns for me. I made my first notification of the poor results as soon as I noticed this inconsistency, questioning why some areas were working while others were not. The service was performed by a young lady who, in my opinion, did not seem fully knowledgeable about how the treatment should be properly applied. While I am not a medical professional, I have had Botox done before and recognized right away that something was wrong. I only felt injections in two areas of my forehead, and I left the appointment looking like I had "two horns," as if all the units had been concentrated in those two spots instead of evenly distributed. Additionally, the area between my eyebrows still has noticeable movement, when there should be none. When I brought these concerns forward, I was asked to return so they could take photos. After doing so, I was told I needed to wait an additional two weeks to see the full effects--even though other areas had already taken effect. This explanation felt dismissive and did not address the obvious imbalance in the results. What's most frustrating is that no meaningful solution was offered. There was no refund, no corrective treatment, and no accountability for the poor outcome. The only option presented was to wait longer or come back again--which would have been my third visit for the same unresolved issue. At that point, I chose not to return. This experience has been incredibly upsetting. Facial treatments like Botox require precision, expertise, and trust. When done poorly, it impacts not only your appearance but also your confidence. The lack of care and refusal to provide a reasonable resolution only made the situation worse. I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at this provider and I feel it's important to share what happened so others can make informed decisions regarding where they go for cosmetic services. First of all, not all of their clinicians are equally skilled in providing treatment. Secondly, they are willing to loose a client rather than correct their mistakes at minimal costs to them. The solution offered was to either get another full treatment or pay $12 a unit instead of the $8 a unit I had just paid for over 50 units. They were not willing to offer a free adjustment or a few extra units for the $8 a unit price to fix the mistake. The only option presented by the office manager was to wait longer, pay for another full treatment, or come back again--which would have been my third visit for the same unresolved issue. At this point, I chosen not to return. This experience has been very disappointing. There are too many other options for treatment in the Valley to have to deal with the lack of professionalism and customer care received by Flawless Reflections. I strongly advise others to pick a different for your treatments. read more

The procedure (sculptra) was very painful but I was hoping for some positive results. That didn't pan out. As I checked out and paid for the treatment the girl checking me out, said that the payment I was making, $1500, would cover another visit for the exact same procedure. They recommended at least two appointments. I thought great. When I went to make the second appointment they said I was misinformed when checking out. Due to not seeing any changes from the first procedure, I decided to cancel my second appointment and will no longer visit their establishment. read more

Warning for anybody interested in getting a lash lift: please don't get it here. Not only did I not get the results I wanted, I was told to pay another $50 for the possibility of getting what I paid for. The good: parking was spacious and the reservation process was easy. The bad: my lashes were left in an abysmal state compared to where they started. After the lift, my lashes have no consistency or uniform curl. As shown by the pictures, I have a few lashes pointed upwards while the majority of them are still straight and shooting downwards. I'm quite frustrated with the fact that my eyes were visibly uneven and the lash technician rushed me out without an attempt to fix the dissimilarity. Not only this, the lash technician didn't even show me a mirror before asking for payment and I wasn't able to look at my lashes until I got outside and saw my reflection. The ugly: called the manager to see if I have the treatment redone since I wasn't satisfied and it very apparent that the lash lift didn't work. Not only was I told that I shouldn't always expect results but she also recommended paying for another $50 lash lift to see if it work the second time around. Coming here doesn't get you the results that you paid for and if you're unsatisfied, they'll ask for more money just so then you can see a semblance of what you came in for. I had a poor first experience here before but that lash technician was quite apologetic and redid it a second time for better uniformity. I was willing to give this place another chance but my return confirmed that Flawless Reflections has poor quality and no professionalism. THIS IS THE RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE AND PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT. This wasn't my 1st or 2nd time with the manager, Van, but my 6th time getting my eyebrow tattoos removed via laser by him. I was satisfied with the progress we were making over the course of those five treatments so I scheduled another appointment which resulted in this painful, swollen burn that has lasted me 6 days now, and counting. In mid 2022, I purchased a laser hair removal and tattoo removal bundle from Flawless Reflections and complained twice about the setting being too low for the laser hair removal and the area not being treated consistently when a different technician was lasering it. I am a veteran to laser hair removal and was extremely disappointed with the machine they use. There's a reason why the prices are so cheap, folks. The first time, they comped my session. The 2nd time, they converted my pass into store credit, which I used for my 6th laser tattoo removal you see in the photo. They make it obvious that they don't care about their clients just by the fact that the managers refuse to speak to you on the phone to listen to your concerns. Over the course of my grievances, I called their studio asking to speak with a manager just to be told by reception that "they're busy" and will call me back later.... For WEEKS. I told the front desk to have one of the managers email me which they did right away - since both managers Van and Rachelle would rather correspond via the computer than speak live with a disgruntled client. I know they're going to comment back something about how this is normal for laser tattoo removal blah blah blah. Then tell me this - why in my FIVE other laser tattoo removal treatments was the setting gradually increased? I NEVER had any burns after those treatments because they were done the correct way, by gradually increasing the setting. We started at the tails of my eyebrows until those were gone over the course of 6 months or so. When I came back on Friday, February 3rd, 2023, I wanted to work on the rest of my brows. This my first time back to their studio after my 2nd complaint about the poor laser hair removal service a month prior. Van put the strength up so high I was actually jumping in the chair from being in excruciating pain. Once we were done, he said "hopefully that will take care of them for good".... He knew better than to put a setting that high on the tattooed part of my eyebrows that had NEVER been touched by laser before. The timing of this incident was not a coincidence either. My lesson from this, is that you get what you pay for. Make the drive to Hello Laser if you're looking for highly trained estheticians who treat you with respect. read more

I scheduled a back facial on Nov 21st, with extractions and when the person looked at my back she suggested a peel. So I was like okay you know better. She started on my shoulders and I noticed she wasn't doing anything with my problem area..THE BACK. I asked her if she was gonna do my back and response was "I didnt notice that". Its a back peel which meant my whole back not just my shoulder. She proceeded to do the peel. I was told it would get flakey and look better. Well it has been 6 days since the peel and no flakeyness and I still have the breakouts on my back. What a waste of $240. I am still the same when I went in. This is a beautiful spa, close to my home, and I wanted to love it. I am going to have to give it a "Just okay". I've been going to a different injector for my Botox for years, he is absolutely fantastic. The problem is I was very overdue for it and kept putting it off because I was so busy and he is much further away and a waiting time to get an appointment. I looked a few reviews, and decided Van was the person to try out. I explained why I was trying them out and he was very personable. I just wanted to treat my forehead 11's as I normally do. A lot of my friends like that "frozen" feeling, which I didn't fully understand because I have never had that frozen feeling previously. Van explained that to inject as I had previusly had done can create wrinkles elsewhere, etc, and so I fell for the upsell. Now my forehead is frozen, which is fine, not my favorite feeling but I'll deal with it, HOWEVER, my 11's are still there! They are the only part of my forehead that does still move! I called after two plus weeks and was told I need to just give it time. Another couple of comments regarding the upsell: I had noticed over time the more I got botox, the longer it seemed to work and I went longer between injections, which to me, was great. Van told me I was doing it wrong and I should coming every two to three months, and I literally get it every 6 or 8 months. I also had my lips done once (by my previous injector) and they were absolutely perfect, just a small amount that really made my lips look amazing but not enough for anyone to really notice anything other than I looked fantastic! I mentioned to Van getting my lips filled and he said the amount I described was about half a vial, but why not do the whole vial? It was only X dollars more and so why not? I didn't feel like it was about that, I want to look like myself, just slightly enhanced so it is not noticeable to others and I feel great about myself. I got a Groupon from a friend for my birthday back in July. I've called so many time to make an appointment but the dates were too far out. Last week I called, put on hold immediately and was on hold 5 minutes! I just hung. Called again and got an appointment within the week. The girl who took the appointment wasn't the friendliest. The girl that checked me in, probably the same person, not a very happy person and kind of rude. I know my Groupon said "dermaplane" but when I paid it just showed regular facial so I paid $20 for the upgrade. I know it said it because I've always wanted to try the dermaplane and was really looking forward to it. Fast forward to my appointment, facial and dermaplaning. The girl was nice and friendly, didn't try and up sell me on anything. Massage was amazing. Negatives: she didn't have a face mask on, during COVID especially she should be wearing a mask. She didn't wear gloves, touching her phone, left the room for an LED light, touching the door handle...then always going back to touching my face. Not very clean. I have been a customer at Flawless for about 2.5/3years. I have always seen Ivy. And Ivy has been amazing. Ivy recently left and I was seeing taylor. Well I had a large package and I only did my legs 2-3x. And Ivy always told me when my last session was so if I wanted to pay for another package I can. Anyway so I have my large package nobody told me that the last time I went to flawless was my last session. So I book another session thinking it's part of my package. And I went today. And the front girl is like "are you wanting to pay for 4 sessions, 6 sessions or 10?" And I'm like wait I have a large package? And she's like "no your last session was part of that package." Today you owe $75 for a single session. I'm like uhmmmm what?? Nobody ever told me that the last session I did was my last? So anyway I paid the $75. And she's like so do you want to pay for any other package? And I'm like no I'm annoyed. Nobody told me anything. I wouldn't have booked today's appointment if I knew I had to pay $75. And she's like you should've gotten emails. I'm like the only emails I have ever received are confirmation emails of my appointments. And I have EVERY single email from flawless since I first started coming here. I also paid for 6 sessions of a large package this time. I did my legs 2-3x and then I had Taylor do my Brazilian once and then again today. I shouldn't have paid for todays session. I'm so pissed off. I am not one to write a nasty review. Not a huge fan, have been to many other medspas for Botox, and for some reason this Botox did not work. Very frustrating with how much Botox is. (I always get the same amount, maybe a couple more units) but my face is not frozen at all, I can see all my wrinkles. The injector injected in weird spots too on like the outer sides of my face rather in the middle where the wrinkles are. She was very nice, but frustrating this didn't work when it has at every other spa I've been too. Botox also helps with my headaches and this time it hasn't helped at all. Another reviewer, see attached, said their injector had other clients who weren't getting results at all either. Not sure what's going on here, won't be back though. read more
