After arriving, my girlfriend and I went to the gender separate areas, put our stuff away in the changing area and go into robes and slippers, and met up with our designated attendee. I was then escorted to the dry sauna first, where I stayed for about 15 minutes, and then was escorted to the steam room for about 10 minutes. Due to time, I was unable to enjoy the hot and cold pools this time and was escorted to the waiting area for my massage. I scheduled an 80-minute deep tissue massage, which was great. Definitely felt nice and relax after everything! Overall: I would highly recommend the spa and massage experience at Awe Spa if you get the chance.
