While waiting to get my brows done, it sounded like another worker in the back was mad shit talking. I assumed she was on the phone as she'd pause once in a while after ranting. It was extremely loud and echoed out the door. The woman doing my brows was quiet but very good at what she does. Now saying that. I don't think what happened was her fault as my brows did look good afterwards. The string she used was... waxy? Like floss almost. The area around my brows STUNG like a bitch. They were red and angry, and no aloe vera was offered. I don't believe they had any. The stinging lasted two days. I couldnt do my makeup and had trouble with the shower as it hurt. There was no cuts but tiny welts did appear. I've never had this happen before, but it might be a one off incident.

The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes.

We arrived 10 minutes early, only to find our scheduled technicians handed off to other clients. The owner, Jason, explicitly told Mary to work on someone else despite her reminding him of my appointment. My 9-year-old was left waiting with no one to help her, while Jason took over the gel service for my 10-year-old granddaughter. He treated her with complete disrespect. He rushed her service, constantly abandoning her to check in other patrons and work on two other clients simultaneously. Worst of all, he failed to wash or sanitize his hands when switching between multiple clients and the front desk. Because he rushed, her gel nails began chipping the very same night. It felt as though Jason assumed he could provide substandard, unsanitary service because my granddaughter is a young Black girl. Every customer deserves equal respect regardless of race, age, or sex.
