Jordan (Lasting Expressions; direct number for apointments: 254-661-9331) did my permanent eye make-up. She also did my dermal (skin) piercing. My eyes look amazing. They are still swolen in the picture (day after) but working with Jordan is the best. She works with you and starts out with a light touch. She also likes to start with a thinner line (for eyeliner) so that she can thicken as you feel more comfortable with. This is the first time I have had my eyes tattooed. She numbs your eyes so that at first you only feel the tickle of your eyelashes moving.. of course every now and then it gets a little tender but not bad enough where its painful. As far as my dermal piercing, she also numbs the area and places the jewelry under the skin. This was painless and and love my new peircing. I would recommend Jordan to any and all my friends. Got my hair cut today and was very pleased with how it turned out. Will be making a color appointment in the near future. Marilyn works as an independent stylist in the salon mall which I had no idea existed until I arrived for my appointment. Not your typically salon just you and the stylist which I didn't mind at all. Sadly I can only give Marilyn one star, while she and her shampoo girl are very nice the service it's self is lacking. When I was trying to explain to her what I wanted, she wasn't very interested in listening to what I was saying. She was more interested in giving me her ideas. As someone who doesn't cut my hair offten, I felt it was very rude of her not to actually listen to what I was saying I wanted. Had she listened better I may have actually gotten a decent haircut. When I left, I left feeling very happy as this was the first time I cut my hair in more than 6 years. However after arriving home and looking in my mirrors I discovered I had very awkward layers that are not even on both sides and the top layer is so very short I can't wear it down or straightened without it being visibly noticeable that the top layer is too short. I told Marilyn I wanted a short bob type cut with lots of layers but what I ended up with was a shoulder length cut with three layers that are awkward and uneven. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
