Candice was super patient with my daughter and explained all the steps to ease her tension. The piercing was pretty quick and done in a very clean and sterile room. I would definitely bring my younger daughter back here to get her ears pierced when she is ready. The cost was about $140 including the jewellery. I found it a little pricey but I'm sure it will be worth it in the end since $100 of it went towards the high quality nickel free body grade jewellery.

She took the time to make sure the teen was comfortable and understood what was going to happen - she also went over aftercare thoroughly and made sure we were set up for success. My hair was dyed black (several times over the past year) and I wanted to go blonde... crazy, I know! Jakkie gave me her professional opinion on what my best options would be without damaging my hair too badly. Out of the couple choices she suggested, we settled on light brown with a few highlights. She then told me that the piercer will see me shortly. I brought in a fishtail that I had purchased from somewhere else. At first, the piercer, Josh, was skeptical. He said it may not fit my nose but he tried anyway. He made me feel comfortable and he was very efficient. He knew what he was doing and he did it well. He answered all my questions which helped put my mind at ease. I will be coming back in a few months to replace my current stud with a hoop.
