I couldn't imagine going anywhere else--I've always been extremely satisfied with the results. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. Jen, in particular, is an outstanding professional who consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Monaco Spa."

The owner attempted to offer me 20iu of botox in exchange for not posting this review (emails…read moreattached in photos) I declined based on principle with how poorly they treated me. Details below: I purchased a package of filler and botox in 2020. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the course of 3 years. The under eye filler left me with permanent bumps (as shown in pic) where the cannula was inserted, under both eyes. I had one removed elsewhere, and the other was removed at Monaco Medical Aesthetics using a disolvent during a botox appointment.  (More on this later) Due to the issue of bumps from filler, I had not used the remainder of my filler package. On July 9th of 2023 at a Botox appointment, I explained to my injection nurse Tiffany if it was possible to have the remainder of the filler exchanged for botox. I explained that I can't utilize the filler because it caused permanent bumps last time. She mentioned this to the front desk employee. Front desk said she'd ask the manager and get back to me the next day. Approximately a week and a half later, after not receiving a phone back, I gave them a call to follow up. Re-explained the situation and was told to expect a phone call from the manager within an hour with an answer. 2 hours later, no call. I followed up, and was told they will not do the exchange and the manager was refusing to speak with me. "Its policy", I was told. I explained to the front desk that if the manager is refusing the exchange and won't even speak to me, then I will not be returning, as they clearly dont value me as a customer, and will be leaving a detailed review with pictures. Suddenly, after mentioning a negative review with pictures, the manager is willing to speak. I imagined, the manager has come to her senses, and would happily exchange the equal value of filler for botox after hearing about the bumps forming under my eyes from their services, and wanting to keep a customer happy and returning. Wrong. I explained the situation again to the manager. She told me she will not exchange the equal value of the filler for botox as per policy (policy against using common sense?). She questioned me thoroughly in regards to the bumps and told me Monaco has zero documentation in regards to using disolvent on my facial bump. I explained that the nurse injector must have forgot to document it. She explained that their nurses are professional, don't make mistakes, etc, and called me a liar. The conversation took an odd detour when she explained that because I bought the filler as part of a promotional package, I would actually owe $ if she did the exchange. And explained this using some of the most brain dead mathematics I've ever heard. According to her, the filler cost was normally 450$(approx) but my promotional cost was 125$, and I would owe them 325$. I was almost speechless at her grasp of reality. I explained if paid 125$ for the filler, then the exchange would be for 125$ worth of botox at normal pricing. She was incredibly rude and condescending. I told her she is mistaken. The nurse 100% used disolvent on my bump, and clearly forgot to document it in her report. Re-explained grade 4 math and informed her that I would be including this discussion in my review and ended the phone call. I then received a phone call from the clinic director. She informed me that she would be willing to exchange the filler for botox, but only in exchange for signing legal documentation protecting them legally and bad reviews. I informed her that under normal circumstances (had all this trouble not taken place) had they just obliged the exchange I would have never made a negative review. Now that we are past "normal circumstances" and their requiring signing of legal documents, the exchange is no longer satisfactory. They have long lost my goodwill due to their bad faith approach to this. I requested the exchange aswell as 20iu botox for my signature on their legal document. They declined.
