I had my trial run scheduled for Wednesday of the week I was getting married. Long story short, I had to cancel my trial run due to unavoidable circumstances that were out of my control. When I came in for my styling, my hair was already straightened from the day before, which I've always been told to do since my hair is naturally very bushy, frizzy, and wavy. Jessica made multiple comments about it saying "you shouldn't have come in with it straightened" and when I apologizer and said I didn't know, she made another snide comment saying, "well this is why you should've come to your trial". She made other short, rude comments along the lines of how much hair I had and how she wished she would've known (even though I told the receptionist when I scheduled) and just seemed exacerbated by everything. My hair did turn out great in the salon, but fell out quickly due to the heat. I had to re-curl my hair myself in my hotel room before heading to our venue. On top of the poor service, they charged me a whopping $85 for a HALF up-do! Literally all she did was pin up half of my hair and curl it. Way over-priced for what was done, but because it was my wedding day and had places to be, I just paid it and left. I recommend to anyone getting their hair done for their wedding day to explore other options. You'll probably get better service and a better price somewhere else.

I sent a photo & written instructions ahead per their request, said what I wanted/didn't want repeatedly in person, and she still did the opposite of what I asked for. I went back for correction and once again the same thing happened. I'm gutted. I now have hair that is cut far too short including the bangs that were cut in a way that left them unintegrated from the rest of the hair -they look like a shelf. When I went in for the "correction" they cut even more of my hair away and now it is worse. I'm truly embarrassed to have my hair look this way. Also, be aware that they require a credit card hold for your appointment. Your card will be charged if you cancel without a 48 hour notice. You are also required to sign electronically that you will not receive a refund if you are unhappy with the work they do- they will offer a correction only.

If she was as nice as she was good, I would have the best haircut, but that was not the case. I had some spots in my hair that needed to be thinned out.She had no idea how to use thinning comb or what it was. so in results of that, I have a big gap in my hair because she did not know how use the comb. I called in on Monday they were closed. left a message. No one ever called me back. I wanted to talk a a manager to let them know that she might need to work with a few more mannequins before she's turned loose to cut other people's hair. but I'm thinking they already knew that and that's why I never got a call back. The professionalism and quality of the service I receive from Sarah at Love Beautiful Skin does not compare with the other spa services in all the high end spas I've visited. I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different!
