I can't agree more with Paula M's review. I had the exact same experience with Taylor on January 13th,2026. She's as sweet as can be, but she doesn't listen. I sent a photo & written instructions ahead per their request, said what I wanted/didn't want repeatedly in person, and she still did the opposite of what I asked for. I went back for correction and once again the same thing happened. I'm gutted. I now have hair that is cut far too short including the bangs that were cut in a way that left them unintegrated from the rest of the hair -they look like a shelf. When I went in for the "correction" they cut even more of my hair away and now it is worse. I'm truly embarrassed to have my hair look this way. Also, be aware that they require a credit card hold for your appointment. Your card will be charged if you cancel without a 48 hour notice. You are also required to sign electronically that you will not receive a refund if you are unhappy with the work they do- they will offer a correction only. read more

I went into this salon on Friday October 3, 2025. I was scheduled with a very inexperienced hairdresser.( Taylor) and when I called in to make the appointment-I was told that she was great. and I must admit she was a very sweet. If she was as nice as she was good, I would have the best haircut, but that was not the case. I had some spots in my hair that needed to be thinned out.She had no idea how to use thinning comb or what it was. so in results of that, I have a big gap in my hair because she did not know how use the comb. I called in on Monday they were closed. left a message. No one ever called me back. I wanted to talk a a manager to let them know that she might need to work with a few more mannequins before she's turned loose to cut other people's hair. but I'm thinking they already knew that and that's why I never got a call back. The only place I will go to get my hair done. Haley has done an amazing job building her business and North Canton is lucky to have her salon here! I just moved to Ohio from Maryland and needed to find a good stylist. Saw Alexis' Instagram and made an appointment right away. She was so personable and friendly and offered to show me around the salon when I first got there. I am so incredibly happy with how my hair turned out. It's absolutely beautiful and 100 percent what I was hoping for. I was thinking I would have to fly back home every time I needed my hair done but I've definitely found my new salon and stylist. I absolutely love this salon! Not only is Alexis an amazing hair stylist and I highly recommend her, but I also cannot speak enough about Kacey their nail tech. I have had acrylics for years and really wanted to get my natural nails back as they have been so frail from the acrylics. The APRÉS nail system she uses helps grow out your natural nail while strengthening it all at the same time. I am in amazed with how the aprés have changed my nail game and the knowledge Kacey has regarding the steps to get your nails healthy again. I have officially been acrylic free for almost 2 full months now and I love it. I highly recommend setting up a time to meet Kacey if you too want your natural nails back and healthy! read more

I have been going to Salon H3 for years and I just love them! It is a professional, clean, and personable environment; everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have had both Haley and Alexis style my hair and have never been disappointed in the results! I've also had facials here and they were amazing. I especially appreciate their cleanliness and preventative measures when it comes to COVID-19. I've gone a few times during the pandemic and have felt very safe during each visit! read more

BEWARE- I had one haircut here and was pleased with how it went. Not too expensive, however I had to cancel an appointment on the day of my next cut and was informed that there's a $25 fee for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. This is understandable for a doctors office or dentist but completely ridiculous for a hair salon. Highway robbery. I will not be returning. read more

Highly recommend this salon!!!! Haley (the Owner) is an amazing person who is highly educated and soooo talented behind the chair!! The girls at her salon follow suite as she would never allow anything less. Her standards for each guest are high & are met with each visit there.
