I don't know what brought someone from Chicago to Bay City but I have to assume it was an emergency situation while visiting someone. I can testify to the fact that this office does have rules but I don't view that as a negative. It's not an emergency dental clinic. I don't see anything wrong with a practice wanting to have a full picture of a patients status. But I won't pretend to know the circumstances. I can only speak about my own. I have not had one negative experience since I became a patient here. The staff and Dr. Payne have always been very professional and honestly, more friendly and understanding than any other dentist I've ever suffered in my life. I have a lot of dental problems and HATE going to appointments because of how badly I feel about my situation. That said, they are among the kindest people I have ever met and always treat me like a human being even though I don't feel that way. There is no other dentist office or dentist I'd rather go to. This practice, this staff, Dr. Payne are the only people I trust because after these last few years, they're the only ones that make me feel like I have a shot.

Between Dr. Kim and Sue- hygienist, they have me coming back even after moving 1.5 hours away. When I told my daughter that we may be leaving and finding a closer dentist, she was sad and begged not to switch. They have watched her grow up to the young lady she is from the day I brought her into the office by her carseat carrier. Taking care of my teeth make life easier also to go see them all.
