Their time management and "handling" of their patrons shows their utter disregard of others time. The constant shuffling of people to different rooms and then back to the different waiting rooms is such unacceptable practice, especially considering the mobility challenges of many of their patrons. There isn't much of a choice for ophthalmology offices and they are completely aware of the situation.
