It took me an hour to drive there with the road works. Had just said this to the trainee as I sat down. Her trainer then showed up and looked at my hair. And in a kinda haughty manner said she can't do your hair she is not experienced enough. I said sorry how am I supposed to know this. Well she could do a treatment and blow-dry.?! I had driven for an hour to be offered a bow dry and no doubt would have been charged for it. I declined and said I wasn't happy I might as well go. As I returned to my car and thought why should I be out of pocket here? So I returned and said I have not only wasted all my time but there's my petrol and parking? Why should I be out of pocket. I was left another 15 as she said she had to call her manager and I did hear her telling someone what had happened. So after waiting she returned and said she could not contact the manager? I had heard her on the phone and she could not authorize this she would have to contact me tomorrow. And yes you quessed it no follow up call. Disgraceful way to treat people who they contact to have the training done on. They should ask for photos to see if suitable and maybe if the trainee is do inexperienced they should not be charging at all . I will be contacting them but just expect more of the same. I have a ton of long blonde extensions in my hair and my girlfriend has extra curly hair and neither of our stylists batted an eyelash about tackling our difficult hair for wash and styles. We were visiting from San Francisco and headed out on the town in search of a salon. We tried four other of the more "posh" salons before we finally found Kilarney Hair Studio. All of the other salons were either rude or told us they don't have experience with extensions or my friends hair type. We couldn't be more happy with our experience and out hair stayed looking perfect for several days!

The members of staff were very loud and were all in conversation with each other for the whole salon to hear which was a bit uncomfortable for the customer! A person in charge gave out to a member of staff in front of the whole salon also because she asked for some help, which I think was very unprofessional in front of customers. Then when it came to pay one or two staff members of stood in conversation deciding how much to charge me therefore I don't know whether I was overcharged or not! Was not happy with my hair at all, still ended up going home and fixing it myself! Was really annoyed and disappointed at the service provided, will most definitely not be going back there again!
