I arrived early and patiently waited in my car while the technician arrived around 10:00 a.m. Knowing the salon did not open until 10:30 a.m., I continued to wait. At 10:31 a.m., the door was still locked, so I remained patient while the employee finished preparing the salon. When the door was finally unlocked, there was no greeting, welcome, or acknowledgment as a potential customer. As soon as I walked inside, I was abruptly told, "I'm only taking appointments today." While I understand businesses may operate by appointment only, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing. A simple greeting, apology for the inconvenience, or explanation of the appointment policy would have made a significant difference. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. Based solely on my experience with the technician present that morning, I would not recommend this salon to others. Customer service is just as important as the services being offered, and in this case, it was completely lacking. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars. I hope management takes customer interactions more seriously in the future, as every potential customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

I waited about 15 minutes and began a pedicure shortly after. The massage chair a 10. I hit the mind/body twice. Felt amazing. I got the #5 pedicure. And whoever this pedicure tech. Lord bless her. She melted my heart. Such a great experience on my pedicure. I told the guy I wanted to save my natural nails but wanted a tip. After my pedicure. I began soaking. They were customers coming in but out because of the long wait times with only 3 workers. No one wanted to wait. But for me. It was well worth the wait. Due to customer care, the young lady took over my nails. She saved my nails and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I told her what I wanted corrected and she fixed it. No problem. No attitude.
