Because I had such a great experience with that closure, I decided to purchase another one. Again, great service on my second visit. I purchased another one in a different hair pattern and the closure seemed to be great once again. I got the closure installed and after a few weeks, this closure began to bald. I'm not sure if I just got a bad one this go around as this an happen in the unpredictable world of hair. I wouldn't be completely opposed to trying them again, but I'm a little nervous to do so. An employee noticed me wandering around and asked if I needed help which I kind of did and she said she'd return after she was done helping a different customer.
