Those who follow my reviews know that I like to shop for fabrics... a lot! And I have made it my…read more'thing' to visit fabric shops where ever I go on vacation. I have visited shops in Mexico, NYC (Mood baby) California and many other places, but there is nothing like visiting a fabric shop in Italy. Although Rome is not known as a fashion capital, I still wanted to get something here. I found this shop through a Facebook group I belong to. This place was overwhelming, thousands of volts of fabric to choose from. This was a truly Italian experience as no one in the store spoke English or Spanish. Up to that point, I had been spoiled. There are all kinds of fabric, even Italian designer ones like Ungaro and Versace. Quite expensive, but so beautiful. I was in such awe that I forgot to take pics.
I ended up getting a very lush and surprisingly affordable at $25 Euros per meter stripped fabric for palazzo pants. Molto bella!
