Advertised validated parking however, owner could not find the stamp. Pricing includes a retouch however, difficult to contact and setup follow up. Despite taking proper aftercare, my brows have faded and no other brow place willing to provide follow up unless you pay them full price-same as getting a new procedure. Positives: Owner did a great job on my brows and happy with the shape. Since it was my first time, I have nothing to compare it to but it was almost pain free. Quiet and clean facility. Plenty of parking. After disputing the follow up charges to BBB, I received a refund. I understand things happen in life but communication is key. The amount charged was intended to cover a follow-up appointment but if I had not reached out to an outside agency for help, I truly think I would've been out $200. Wish it worked out.
