This company has repeatedly taken money out of my account every single month without my permission. Then the corporate owner goes to tell me that they were going to need a letter from my doctor. for one that's a violation of my personal health rights so if anybody has a contract with this company I would highly suggest they pull it because they will continuously steal from you. Corporate is refusing to refund any of my money even though I have not had services from them since October 2020 if this isn't stealing 101 I have no clue what is. and just to make things very clear I have called on this several different times I was told multiple times that this was taken care of in the staff even apologize because they were under new management so I understood shame on me for having trust in a locally owned business! they're basically blaming me because I didn't fill out the paperwork. Not that they're blaming their staff for not getting the consumer me the proper paperwork. Shame on this locally owned corporation. Watch your banking accounts! corporate owner I spoke with her name was Becky. She offered me a $38.50 credit. And they've taken hundreds of dollars out of my account but only want to refund me 38.50 absolutely asinine I filed fraudulent with drawls. The bank told me that I need to get the states attorney involved and to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The staff is always friendly, accommodating, & knowledgeable about services and products making recommendations and answering any questions clients may have. The managers do a great job training the part time staff. I have a service animal and this is definitely a "happy place" to take a break after errands appointments. And "The Guy" is the best!!

What you will not find at Razorz Edge is the snobby atmosphere of other salons here in BloNo (for real....this is BloNo not Park Avenue) and you won't find the hyper inflated prices for a haircut either. Razorz Edge also features several (very clean) tanning beds and nail services for the ladies or the cosmopolitan gentleman. The salon is a bit off the beaten path by you can easily access it by exiting Veterans Parkway onto South Main Street and turning right at the Dairy Queen (everyone....and I mean....EVERYONE in BloNo know where that is). If you want an appointment with Rosie you're going to wait, but besides that they seem to do a brisk walk-in business and I've never seen anyone leave dissatisfied. I'm picky about my hair and I've been coming here for years. Give it a try.

Seriously, the nearest, it's a minute (less than really) walk from my apartment and on the way to/from work. They offer zillions of packages with different times and beds, but the last time I went tanning was 8 years ago, so I figured I'd start out with the 3 tans for $5 (to be used within a week of purchase) and see where a little bronzing got me... Tan #1: -basic clamshell bed- decent, though for those who are claustrophobic, I'd think twice -8 min- already tan? start here or higher. parts of your pasty body haven't seen the light of day since 2004? try this or even lower. Don't be ashamed. Shame is for burnt b*tches like moi. Tan #2: -2 steps up from the basic-less clamshelly, though still burrito-esque... -8 min- she was trying to get me to go for 12 min (maximize my money's worth, appreciated) but I burn like a disco inferno. Tan #3: -650 bed-highest level they got and, oh lord, am I in love. This bed is what I feel a tanning bed should be: flat and huge, almost bed size, with fans in the bed pointing at my face and increasing in intensity as I spend more time baking. -10 min-even though, it was only two minutes more than the others, it was plenty. Did I mention I burn? Bottom line: thinking about tanning? Try the Sun Room. Good beds, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially for a semi-first time gal. Tip: if you get ants in your pants when you have to sit still, bring an pod and earbuds to make the time go by faster

So after the 4 months I thought I was finished. Well apparently they keep taking money out of your account until you tell them to stop! They took 66.00 a month fir 5 months before I caught it! And I did not tan at all during those months! They will not give me my money back because they are thieves! Their beds constantly have bulbs burnt out because they know that you have no way of knowing how old the bulbs are so they leave them in till they burn out! That should NEVER happen! Just a bunch of greedy thieves!
