One worker at the cash register (I didn't catch her name and I'm so sad about it) had noticed one of the glasses I had picked up was chipped and said she wouldn't sell it in that condition. I got a 1960's zipper necklace for $.75 and real cameo earrings for $4.00. I've found everything from vintage slide projectors to mid century modern furniture to 1950's housewife dresses. It's vastly different every time. The volunteers are always friendly to everyone (thrifters like me and the less fortunate).
