I'm certain it was to no fault of the artist but due to my acne medication that I apply daily. At the conclusion of the service I was offered aloe for my skin which was greatly. Suddenly this week during my…read more4-week appointment for a refill, she tells me AFTER completing the service that I "had less than 20%" of my lashes left so she was charging me for a "full" set instead of a "refill." NOWHERE on her website does it mention this 20% policy; and she has NEVER communicated this policy to me. It's like she just dreamed it up. Let me add that she was out of the country on vacation so I could not come in earlier. I feel cheated and lied to. And she just lost a long-time customer. Also, she has you come to her house for services once you're an established customer. Just creepy; and I strongly suspect her Homeowners Association and her insurance policy don't know she is running a business out of her residence!

She diligently worked on it for 90 minutes the for the first fill, and my lashes lasted a little over 14 days! I just came back from my 2nd lash fill with her and it only took an hour and it was at a reduced price. She is patient, delightful, and very professional.
