I got my eyebrows done here for the first time and I was very happy with the outcome. I prefer thicker eyebrows and was worried about them turning out too thin but that was not a problem. I had them done with Mary, who is Colombian I believe, she was very nice and took her time to make sure I was happy with my eyebrows. I also got them tinted dark brown which I liked as well. (this was my favorite outcome). I came back a second time and had my eyebrows threaded with a lady who is Arabic, she was also really nice and made sure it was not that painful. This time I had them done thinner and tinted them black, I felt that it was too much for me as my eyebrows are naturally light, but it doesn't last that long so it was ok. I also had my eyelashes tinted but I already have dark eyelashes so the difference was very faint. The overall atmosphere of the place is really nice and relaxing, I liked the music and the coffee they provided while I was waiting. Anna did an amazing job on my eyebrows, I had pervious traditional tattoo and after that I did microblading somewhere else to fix it, but they just made it worst but Anna fixed my damaged eyebrows and I'm not ashamed to go to the beach without fixing my eyebrows anymore. I really like getting my eyebrows threaded, and so I was excited to hit Yelp to find my new spot. I couldn't help but be interested in this place given the amazing reviews... however, after leaving this place, I'm also inclined to believe that the reviews here are fake. I entered this establishment, and no one really greeted me. One other person was getting her eyebrows done, and so I sat and waited. When she was done, the lady doing the threading waved me over. I sat down, and sort of waited for her to begin conversation. She didn't, so it was just weird. I then asked about the cast she had on her foot... and shortly after, the conversation died again. She then began to talk to the older lady by the register in another language. Now I have no problem with people speaking other languages, but given how unwelcomed I already felt, I think hearing them converse in another language amongst themselves made the experience even more aggravating to me. Especially when there were no other customers there, so what was SO important that you had to talk about the moment that you were servicing me, you're only customer in the room -- when you didn't for a second try to build a customer connection with me. It was like the same service you get while driving through the drive-thru. Threading? Okay. Sit. Look. $12. While she was doing the threading, I felt her cut a lot of my eyebrow hair off. I've never had THAT much of my hair taken off... in fact, you're never supposed to trim the actual length of the eyebrows... just the edges. But I didn't say anything as I like to let people work, and see what they come up with. So when we was done, she gave me a mirror, and sure enough, my eyebrows were wayyyyy thinned out (thickness), and she took off more than just a "clean up" -- and on top of it, one of the brows were uneven. I realized at that point why they're able to push the eyebrow line (filler)... because when the thread, they cut off a lot of the natural brow's thickness. I think psychologically I was still hoping that this place would make a huge turn around, but it just didn't. Before the service experience, I was "ok" (not happy) to pay the $12 for the service... but after I felt like it was such a gip. The last thing to leave a terrible taste in my mouth was the fact that the owner, Roxana, came in just as I was paying ( I knew this because they said it). She walked in, and I smiled at her, and she just looked the other way. No smile back. No hello. No how are you. Nothing. Just a comment to the employees a few seconds later, "Oh, I thought it was busy." --- WTH?! Long story short.... I don't see myself ever coming back to this place. So sad, because I really did want this place to work. read more

I always get my eye brows threaded at the mall but I heard this place was pretty good and thought I'd try it out. Roxana was friendly and helpful. My mom and BFF thought my eye brows were a little too thick and encouraged me to thin them out just a touch. Roxana urged me to keep my naturally thick brows but she cleaned them up and thinned them out ever so slightly to where we found the perfect compromise to make everyone happy lol. So I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time! I booked with Ana on the computer booking system they have. I didn't know who to pick so I winged it. First I would like to say they are very clean and taking precautions due to COVID-19. Second, I'm always nervous getting my brows done. But what I like is she asked what I wanted done. I told her I wanted to keep them more on the thick side. She asked if I wanted them trimmed to. She was very conscious of making me aware of what she was doing. I previously had a great experience getting my eyebrows dyed and threaded here by Roxana, about a year ago. I went back and this time Sanaa threaded and dyed my brows and I won't be going back to her after this experience. She seemed in a hurry for no reason (her phone kept going off, there were no other customers and it was the middle of the afternoon) and her work showed that she was in a hurry. She took a chunk out of the head of one of my brows, and arched them completely differently when all I asked was for them to be cleaned up a little and that is NOT what I got. Then when she dyed them, the dye was uneven, sloppy and painted on in a manner that attempted to hide the mistakes she had made. I also had a small pimple above my brow and asked her to be careful to not get the dye on it, and only put it on the existing hair but she did not listen and the blemish ended up getting extremely irritated. I immediately went home and scrubbed the dye off as best I could. Safe to say, I will only have Roxana work on my brows from now on. read more

I've been going here for about a year. I drive an hour round trip just for my brows. The owners are fantastic! Recently, they got a new lady though. She completely ruined my brows. She took about 5 minutes for my lip and brows. She left hair on my lip and did my brows so thin I had a hard time filling them in with makeup. I would not recommend going to her. read more
