I have to mention that I don't really take care of my skin very much and her facial was one of the first I've ever had. I was a complete rookie when I walked into her salon. However, from the moment I met her she sat me down to discuss my skin needs and after I told her I'm not a skin care connoisseur she kinda just took over and said she'll take care of me. I loved how she talked me through every little thing she did to my face because she knew I wasn't familiar with the procedures and the masks. It was awesome and my skin felt like a million bucks after that. I am so happy I found Lisa, since then she has taught me how to take care of my skin without pushing anything she's selling onto me which is so great. She now has her own line of products and she didn't even try to sell them to me! I had to ask her for some samples to try them out and she gave me so much. I go to her once a month now and I can't imagine going to anyone else.

I bought the Groupon and it was super easy to make an appointment with her. I made the appointment with her on a random Saturday afternoon. When I drove up to the location, I was a little confused as my Google maps pointed me to a random apartment. After double checking, I realized the apartment location was correct. There is plenty of street parking around, so I was able to park easily. I was a little early (I did not realize parking was going to be so easy), so I went up to the apartment and rang the doorbell. I did not get a response, so I just waited outside until my appointment time. It was about 5 minutes past my appointment time and I was starting to get concerned that I had the wrong location, but Lisa came out after a few minutes. I realized that she had a client. Not a big deal for me since it was only a few minutes. The inside of Lisa's apartment is sooo cute! So much pink everywhere and super cute accessories in her apartment. During my first appointment, Lisa and I had a discussion about my skin. And, after our discussion, she led me to the room. I loved her facial. It was relaxing and my skin felt so clean after the extractions and microdermabrasion. She was also soothing, letting me know she was doing every step of the way. My facial was about an hour and I left feeling clean and smooth. I also liked the fact that Lisa never pushed me to buy anything or other services. I did ask her about a cleanser and she recommended one to me (again, not being pushy at all). After the facial, she gave me advice on how to keep my skin looking better and I was off to go. I finished up my Groupon with Lisa and had a pleasant experience everytime with her. I would definitely go back to her even now that my Groupon is over.

In the before times, public speaking was very much a part of my wheelhouse, and Ioved to get to do it. After a rough two years, I was doubting my every word as I prepared to give my speech. I decided I needed the confidence boost provided by hair and makeup. I made an appointment at Drybar, and then directly after at Cos Bar. The darling Natasha did my makeup, and she talked to me the whole time so I would feel comfortable and relaxed leading up to my speech. She was absolutely darling. My makeup looked so good, and I love the products she recommended. The best thing: if you spent $200 or more, you got a free spring samples kit. The samples are incredible and easily valued at well over $200. I left for a work trip the day after, and packing was so fun because I had all these lovely little sample sizes. I will be a customer forever. And I will come here whenever I need my makeup with a side of pep talk and friendly chit chat.

You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and they even offered a glass of wine! I think my favorite thing about this new space is that their hair washing bowls are actually comfortable. You don't feel like your neck is being strained at all. You can just sit back and relax into the hair wash. Also, the products they use smell absolutely divine.
