I was explicitly told this follow-up would be free of charge and was intended to assess the results and make any necessary adjustments to ensure symmetry and satisfaction. When I arrived for the follow-up, Olga noticed that my lower lip was not symmetrical and made a correction. However, when I tried to leave, she suddenly demanded $850 for the correction -- despite it being part of the original treatment plan. I was held there for over an hour, pressured and unable to leave, until I agreed to pay $450 just to get out of the situation. This was an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience. I expected to be treated with respect and honesty, but instead, I felt manipulated and coerced. What should have been a routine follow-up turned into a high-pressure sales trap. This is not how a reputable business operates. I strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this clinic. I demand a full refund for the amount I was forced to pay under pressure.
