[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place really came in clutch today! I came to Miami on a Thanksgiving holiday and felt like I was going to get sick. I called and luckily they were open today.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They had something called a super immune IV for $169 that I could get. The IV takes about 30 minutes. You simply fill out a consent form, they prepare your bag, and then you get going on your IV. Christopher (real tall guy) was my nurse and he was very pleasant and did a great job. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone here is very nice and it's comfortable and easy. I deal with auto immune disease since my childhood. I got my arthritis under control but the last years I have dermal issues. After a year unfortunately it came back. I have been hoping for 2 weeks for it to get better as I attend a Yelp event tomorrow. In desperation I wanted an IV today, but the place I usually go to and thought was the only one around, had no nurse available today. I looked on yelp and found this spot close to my home. I called and they were very friendly and had me come in ASAP. I asked for privacy and competence, due to the embarrassment I deal of having this facial skin issue. They assisted me with finding parking and finding their location. There is valet but I parked at Wells Fargo. Another option is park at Publix which is also walking distance. When I arrived the nurse and manager (?) were present and made me feel at easy. I was nervous because the embarrassment but that went away fast as they were so friendly and professional. I got the IV inserted painlessly and I wasn't cold during the process which I usually am. I was alone during the process. No other customers present. The office is beautiful. It is hard to find for the first time, the entrance is next to Graziano where the door says 175. At front desk you tell them you go to this place and then you go to the top floor and there you have to find it in the hallway. King and Ken are amazing at what they do here. Top costumer service, which I expect for an expensive product like this, and they fully succeed. Update: one day after, besides my treatment of course, my infection went down tremendously! I was able to attend an event without feeling embarrassed as the redness diminished a lot. I wouldn't have gone if I still looked like a victim of a fire like I did yesterday!! read more
