She not only does an amazing job on my nails she is excellent at waxing great results and very gentle. She is very kind and friendly. This place is soooo nice. Everything was sanitary and wrapped in autoclave packets. It doesn't stink like a nail salon. This location is also convenient for me. My nail tech was so nice and finally found someone who understood I didn't want my toenails short. I loved my experience until I got home and looked closer. Nail polish on my pedicure was uneven, missing in sections, and on my toes in others. Furthermore, even though she filed them, the nails are jagged. They were scratching my massage therapist later in the evening! I was mortified. I spent $55 plus a $20 cash tip for something I'll have to completely redo. I was so excited that I had finally found my nail salon and nail tech. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if they'll correct it, but I'll be out of my time and both tips. I only come here because it is so relaxing and the women take their time doing the best job. One thing I really love is they do the pedicure by itself and then the manicure by itself. No one balancing a tray on you while someone else is doing the manicure. Plus I love the playlist of music while you are relaxing! read more

I came to the beaux toes lake woodlands location and they did not have anything available so he offered to schedule me at this location. He put me on the schedule and sent me the address. I get to my appointment 10mins early ( I didn't mind waiting till the scheduled time) and Shailoh said she had just called me to ask if I could come 1:10 due to overlapping appointments. I was frustrated because I drove from the other location with an appointment scheduled. There communication between location should be better. This was my first time trying these two places because I saw them last weekend but I will not be coming again because how will I know if I schedule an appointment that I would still have it when I arrive. The place was dirty and Van did my nails... she forgot to put her glasses on and literally took a fat nail file to the corners of my cuticles. All the angles were crooked and some areas she dug in till it bled. She kept a conversation with others as she was working on my nails and wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and kept saying OH sorry. I still paid $22 for the cuticle care that I asked for but will definitely never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone I care about. read more

Had a regular polish manicure and pedicure here. No gel. My attendant was Nicolette. I loved my pedicure and also found just the right color for my toes - a deep dark blue that I favor. I couldn't figure out the right color for my nails as you aren't looking at the actual nail polish bottles which aren't left out (are they worried about theft? never seen this before). Instead the color samples were on plastic nails that are numbered you shuffle through. That's fine, I just did my manicure in total clear. I still really liked it. Just move to the Woodlands and I have to say this is that Beaux Toes is the coolest nail salon I have ever been in and I have lived in Seattle, Portland and the Bay Area. Paid for a 50 min pedicure and received a 30 min pedicure with a one minute massage I couldn't feel. Half of my toes are missing polish and the gel has chipped off three toes two days later. I went for a pedicure today. The nail salon is beautiful inside. My nail tech was terrible. She got up from our station 4-5 times to get supplies. She rubbed my legs so softly, I barely felt it, even after I told her to massage harder. When I would complain to the nail lady, she acted like she didn't understand me. I wanted the 50 minute pedicure. Well, this one lasted 30 minutes. I'm very disappointed. ....I complained about my service and was given a $5 discount. Wow! Not good customer service. Think twice before getting a pedicure here. My experience was not good. read more

So sad to be writing this review as the owner of this establishment is so wonderful. However the worker I encountered on Thursday March 21st was not. The owner made my appointment the day before in which time Vivi was busy so I was not able to see or speak to her at the time. I arrive the next day for my appointment, was ending a phone call with my husband also checking in when I noticed there is a nail technician with her feet on the table relaxing shaking her head no to the receptionist. I'm thinking is she really saying no not wanting to take me? So I finish checking in and politely asked was that Vivi as I had never seen her before but was trying her based on Mr. Beaux(the owner) recommendation. I didn't stay for this appointment. If you treat customers this way nobody is going to want to sit in your chair. She didn't want to take me and after seeing how rude she was being I didn't want to stay. I ended up going to another establishment (where I was previously before my nail tech left) to get exactly what I needed and wanted done. I can say while I was getting my nails done Mr. Beaux called trying to make it right however he was told a completely different story from what happened as when I answered the phone his words to me were "I heard you stormed out of your appointment" my response to him was I was not in a place where I wanted to discuss this as I was already getting my nails done anyway. But his response when I answered literally just made not even want to deal with the establishment anymore. I also mentioned this situation to a coworker that told me about this place in the beginning and she said she is not surprised as Vivi has been rude to her a couple of times. Needless to say she has found somewhere else too. Mr. Beaux is nice however his technician and whomever told him a lie about me storming out is NOT. I have been coming here for years, even Thier old location and sadly will not be returning. The manager wasn't there unfortunately on Monday when the nail tech cut 7 of 9 of my fingers. This is a first for me, never had anyone cut one finger let alone 7! She took a few chunks of skin off. And as I was about to leave she came running at me saying she needed to treat my cuts and then poured alcohol on them! I'm in a lot of pain and upset I now have to find a new nail salon as this one is close to home and I have been going to for years. I went for a brow wax about 8 weeks ago. Sophia did a great job. I decided to go back for a pedicure a few days later. It's a beautiful place. When I arrived, I had to wait for 20 minutes before the owner told me that he was waiting on the employee to return from a doctors appt. Then the story kept changing and the owner actually started trashing the employee for her personal problems. How unprofessional. The employee finally showed up with a very dirty travel bag and opened up the bag to reveal used and dirty equipment sitting in a plastic bowl on top. She was getting ready to start using that equipment on me! I pulled my feet away from her and asked where the sanitized equipment was and told her no way was she touching my feet! The owner came over and asked her and she showed me and him the sanitized equipment in a side pocket. The owner offered to comp the visit and asked me to come back another day. I made another appt but cancelled it. I won't go back there ever again. read more

Horrible experience. Went in without an appointment to see if they could fit me in. The receptionist (I guess that's what she is) asked me what I needed (refill) and then went to ask if they had time. The nail tech comes over and tells me that if I'm not doing the same color, I need a full set. I've gotten my nails done religiously for 16 years, I know that getting just a refill can cause the old color to show a little. I tell them that it's fine and I just need a fill in. She continues to argue that I have to do a full set. Then the receptionist chimes in to agree. I explain that the new color can just be lay over the old and the receptionist makes a stupid face implying that I'm wrong. At this point I just say I'll go somewhere else and walk out. Shouldn't I be able to decide if I'm ok with the old color showing or not?! read more

Stopped by for a classic pedicure as a walk-in and had a wonderful time with Stacy. Customer service was great and really thoughtful - patient as I chose a color and offered drinks (soda or water) as Stacy was working away. I also brought my little toddler along and Tina was the best! Also very patient with my little one and great at keeping him entertained as they painted away on his fingers and toes ($6 for kids). Great service for the most relaxing pedi I've gotten in a long time (and worth the price at ~$30), so I'll be sure to come back soon. read more
