I was visiting the Corvallis area and was in need of the leafy green. Doing a quick search of dispensaries in the area, Beaver bowls stood out personally by the name. It's filled out secondly, when I saw the pictures of the inside. It looks like an old renovated house, kinda like going to the neighbors for a little THC sugar. I highly recommend shopping here for your cannabis needs while in Corvallis. Cute, modern exterior and hip, boutique-like interior, definitely a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Refused to accept a return on a faulty product without a receipt when no receipt was given on the initial purchase. Previous experiences have been much better. When I have bought faulty cartridges from other dispensary's they have always been much more understanding. On another site I gave these guys 4/5 stars but that was a few months ago. I am giving them a new review after some repeated bad experiences. First always the good. 1. Great Location 2. Great selection(tons of good flower) Now the bad, and it is pretty bad(at least I think so). A few of their employees will tell you that all their cartridges are interchangeable. This is not true. I have had to go back and buy a corresponding battery each time. So if they tell you a "select™" cartridge will on other pens DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!! These cartridges are proprietorial. I found that out by contacting both Select™, and Orchid™ companies. Also despite what one employee may tell you they will NOT do returns on these cartridges. So be wary and ask ?'s. My advice is not buy a cartridge unless you have that companies battery/pen. read more

I've been there many times over the last few years. Budtenders there are all over the place from extremely unhelpful to extremely knowledgeable. I always tipped, even if I didn't ask any questions. Unfortunately I have been shorted- a lot. That has never happened to me before that I'm aware of. It was blatant and I still went back after it happened once. The prices are good and the flower is very good. The same budtender was there every time, trying to talk to me- to gaslight me- cause he can tell I know what he did. It stung especially as I'd just spent over 200 hundred that day and I tipped a 5. A couple other bartenders started acting a little differently towards me afterwards- a little too nice in a slightly disturbing way? I dunno, all I know is I'm not going back. read more

Checked out this place when I was in need of some adjustment during the Covid-19 lock-down. I found the people, place and products to be pleasant and knowledgeable. I was greeted with a smile and when I said it was my first time there, I was assisted through the process without being made to feel stupid. The prices were fair and location okay. There was a bit of "shadiness" in appearance nearby, but no problems during my visits. I have gone back and I probably will again. There are very few businesses out there that truly make you feel at ease with any purchasing situation (especially the purchasing of Cannabis). This was by far the easiest purchase I've ever made and that was largely due to the way this business is run and who it is run by. You see, not only is Dan one of the most approachable and likable guys in Corvallis, he could very well be the smartest small-businessman as well. Of course, when you are selling a product that a large portion of the population wants it isn't that hard to sell. But there is so much more to this place than you initially anticipate. Pricing: The pricing is both fair and seems somewhat standard across all dispensaries in the Corvallis area. The price of Cannabis at Beaver Bowls is both reasonable and fair. Atmosphere: This place is run out of a converted home. Not only is this place beyond professional looking, it puts you at ease as only a home can. Being someone who has been in this home when it was actually used a residency, I can tell you that a lot of work was put in to achieve this and it will pay off for them and their clients 1000 times over. Staff: This is where this company goes above and beyond. Dan is a great local guy making good on giving back to the community. His staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and walk the fine-line of friendliness and professionalism (they make you feel like family while remaining professional). I feel as if this is the cornerstone to what I see being an amazing business with huge growth potential. Product: The product is what you would expect. However, the information that you get WITH the product is what is truly amazing. Most dispensaries will give you a list of what they have in stock with the correlating prices. Beaver Bowls will give you accurate THC and CBD percentages allowing you to more accurately understand what you are putting in your body. The staff is also very good at explaining the effects of the different products making your decision a well-informed one. Overall this place is amazing. I have been to a few of the dispensaries in town and I can tell you that, based on the customer service alone, this will be the only dispensary I frequent. Beaver Bowls is a classy business in a private but convenient location. Walking distance from downtown and the university. Their products selection is extensive and their staff are friendly and well trained. I have been to this place 5 or 6 times. I thought their prices were knd of spendy. This will be the last time i spend any more money there. I paid 50 bucks for an 8th, which is worse than black market, and found seeds in my purchase. Unacceptable 100%. Just giving you all the heads up.
