Horrible service & terrible quality. Employees standing around smoking cigarettes every hour. They do not have a latex printer but have old edging equipment, printing at 150dpi. with no lamination on any of their in-house products. A real step back into the 90's. Mike is also re-labeling other companies cleaning and removing solutions and naming it his own, like "Beaver Bubbles". This guy is very short with customers and treats his employees even worse. DONT COME HERE! I stopped by to get a quote and showed the employee what decals I wanted installed. I got a good quote when I compared with other places. When I came in the next day at my appointment time the owner came out yelling at everyone and told me he was going to charge me double the initial quote. The employee said that it would take them an hour to install my decals but they would charge me for 2 hours because they would have a couple guys working on it. Which I was ok with because I had done business at this place before. The owner wanted me to pay for 3 extra hours for my car just to sit in their lot. The owner was really aggressive and verbally abusive, I feel bad for the employees. read more

If I could give them a zero I would but only because of the owner. He was the absolute rudest person I have EVER tried to pay money to for a service. I had racing stripes installed down the center of my hood, up over the top, down the trunk. They didn't line up where the hood met the tiny strip between the hood and the windshield. When I pointed it out he told me I was being (and I quote) NIT PICKY!!! When I pointed out that that's what his business was PINSTRIPING! He told me that I could bring it back on Tuesday (5 days later) to have the 3" piece reinstalled. When I got upset about coming back he screamed at me and said he could tear all the stripes off and give me a refund instead. I told him to tear them off then. He told me I would have to come back on Tuesday. I told him that I would tear them off. He told me that if I took them off he wouldn't give me the refund. I ended up getting the piece (2 days later) and installing it myself......perfectly lined up in less than 5 minutes. I just had the worst experience at beaver, stripes and molding, the owner is very disrespectful and lied on his price on striping my classic 4x4 club wagon van. I was charged 565.00 dollars on a 275.00 estimate, There installer broke my emblems and The owner said they were already broken, there tape install was a quick and dirty job with no surface prep, and when i tried in the most professional way pointing out the problem issues, the owner made it clear that he was done with the job and theres no more to discuss. I bought a 2020 Challenger last week and wanted the car striped. I looked at several local websites and all I saw were vehicles and RVs wrapped for advertising. I got to Beaver Stripes' site and saw photos of several striped Challengers that had been done in the past few years. I was impressed. I called and talked to Mike and he suggested I email some photos of what I had in mind. I did. He gave me a price and we set up an appointment. When I got there I was turned over to Steve who reviewed my photos. I wasn't sure about the stripes that I had already chosen so we went through some additional photos and designs and I decided on the final design that I wanted. I thought the change would cost more but it didn't. Steve did the work. When the car was done it looked incredible. I have other cars and will use Beaver Stripes again. read more

I called this company and spoke to a Mike at first, very short and lazy. Didn't want to pull up my previous file I had with them to give me a quote. Eventually, I got a quote of $2300. So waiting for a month they come back with a $3500 and brought it down to $3100 . I then get the most unprofessional phone call from Mike. The guy is an asshole. The owner Mike is not only a coward and punk, he has no customer service or care for the people bringing in vehicles. Before I brought my car in I sent pictures to Steve who was super helpful, got me a quote right away and was working out a deal fine. I get quoted out for 195$ in total (before taxes) according to the quote. My insurance company is covering the fee for this due to an accident I was in, just in a reimbursement basis. After Mike was asked to send a quote in a formal layout (originally sent as this - "Parts 75$ , Labor 120$") and apparently could proceed to make a formal quote layout? As I've read on previous reviews anytime insurance is involved Mike raises the price. When I get to the location today, nobody was aware of why my decal couldn't be located. Mike comes out of the garage and simply tells me that him and the insurance had issues and to take my car and leave because he's not doing it. Proceeds to walk away and ignore me like I'm some sort of child. Everyone else's faces covered in disgust from the actions of their own boss who seems to be facing a mid life crisis. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're trying to get falsely quoted and your time wasted. Plus expect a lot of shitty work, they'll tell you either get your car there first thing in the morning when they open or they can't touch it, hah. read more

We hired Beaver Stripes in Phoenix, AZ to do a wrap to match our trailer to our motorhome. We gave him all information he asked for. As you can see, this doesn't match at all. The coach is tan and the trailer is light grey. We tried to do the right thing and thought they would fix it. The owner, Mike, was so rude and refused to stand by his word. We paid in full. I sent a picture of the racing stripes I wanted done on my car and was quoted 180 over the phone by Mike. I show up to have the work done and the price went up to 240. Mike's response...."prices change every day, you don't like it then go somewhere else". Mike has a horrible attitude and is very unprofessional! I called for an appointment for strips on my Camaro Mike,answered the phone I explain to him what I wanted. He said I had to go to their website and find a picture of one email to him. Why do I have to email if it's on their website but I do connect my new exactly what I did. In the email I explained what I wanted because it wasn't exactly like the car on their website. He did not read my email completely that I sent him all he did was looked at the picture and bid it that way. I called back and asked him why it was so expensive and he got cocky with me and said it's a lot of work. I said I didn't want all that work just the stripes on the hood it was a little upset, but re bid the order and I made appointment. He called me back later and wanted me to come in a couple days early got a little upset when I couldn't do it told me he loaned me a car etc. but I could not do it. He told me I had to be there right at 8:00 AM, so I arrived there this morning at 7:56. When I approached the Desk he asked who I was and told me it would take over two hours. All I wanted to know was why and if I could wait, he got very angry and ripped up my order and told me to go somewhere else. I proceeded to tell him that he had a bad attitude, but I forgot to tell him to iron his shirt. I did tell him they have a very good business and it is not how you treat customers with an attitude. You discuss the issue with the customer not get angry. I will never go back there again. I had a very good experience three years ago, but I don't remember the gentleman's name that I work with. Michael White (The owner is very unprofessional/rude) I just got out of purchasing a small amount of automotive window tint from Beaver Stripes and it was a horrible experience. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. I purchased a 5 feet x 20 inch limo Solar-Gard piece of automotive tint from them but it was not what I was looking for. I called earlier and asked him if he has the charcoal tint which is nothing fancy or extra special. He told me he has the normal Solar-Gard nothing special. I go to the shop and another gentleman helped me with my purchase and showed me a sample on the window. He was an older gentleman and he was very friendly and he had great customer service. The only way I was able to tell what kind of tint it was is when I went outside and put it in the sun light. I went outside for five minutes and I noticed it was HP Solar-Gard Limo which has a slight mirror type finish to it and is on the low end of window film. I normally don't go here anymore for window tint I buy from Suntek which is better quality, but I just needed a little piece of limo so that is why I decided to go to Beaver Stripes. I went inside very professional and asked him if I can have my money back ($19.93) back since it is not the type I was looking for or if he had something different. I told Mike it has a reflective look to it and that was not what I was looking for. Mike (The Business Owner) tells me I told you we don't have anything special and I can't refund the money because it has been cut. I told him the sample film he has on the window does not look like the same tint he sold me. I gave him the tint thinking he was going to compare it to the window tint sample and he gets my tint and drops it on the floor in front of me. I was in shock when he did this, because I was not rude or disrespectful to Mike at all when I approached him about a refund. I asked him what the hell is your problem and I picked up the tint since I paid for it. Mike stated he was not going to refund me the money and to get out of his shop. I have been to this store many times in the past 10 years purchasing tint supplies, window tint (occasionally), squeegees, knife blades, etc, and I have never had an issue until today. I actually never knew who the owner was until today and after reading some of these reviews I should have never went there in the first place. I don't know what his issue was but he was very unprofessional and I can't believe he is still in business with an attitude like that. I can't imagine if I had an issue with something that was expensive because I can't imagine what kind of response I would get from him in that scenario. I would not recommend anyone going to this shop for services because if you have an issue with something Mike will not help you at all. I feel like instead of saying I am sorry sir but our policy is that we don't refund cut window tint he resorted to a bully type of mentality and told me to get out of his store and never come back. I walked out of there and I told him I am never coming back ever again. Like I said before I am not sure how this guy has been in the business for so many years with an attitude like that but I would recommend no one go there for any type of service because if you have an issue you will get nowhere with Mike. If he acts that way over 20.00 I can't imagine how he would have acted over 100, 500, or 1000, etc. I am lucky that I am only out 20.00 dollars. I got off cheap....so go elsewhere or shop online there are so many more options in this world with way better customer service than Mike. NOT RECOMMENDED: CAUTION USING BEAVER STRIPES: 8/30/2016 I had them remove the commercial wrap from my vehicle. The crew damaged the paint job in 5 particular places around the vehicle, along with more minor locations (the size of a dime) in 10 or more other spots. Mike White, the proprietor of the operation, was bellicose and terrifically animated, plus he gave a sorry (lame) explanation for the damage. Mike would not agree to repair the paint blotches that had been pressurized and sprayed away exposing the undercoating. When asked, Mike did NOT provide a compensatory discount either. He said NO to good customer service. His palaver was detrimental to the conversation while Mike kept introducing independent topics into the discussion that had nothing to do with making the situation or circumstance better. What bothered me most is that the plastic molding in the backseat of my Van had been pulled back away from the installed position in the bulkhead. So that when I attempted to re-install it afterwards back in the figurative position, it would not bend back into position. I have no idea what they were trying to do inside my car when I specifically requested their work take place on the exterior. Mike was no where to be found when I discovered this problem. 9/20/2016 I personally spent the equivalent of 4-6 hours and additional expense to fix the problem with my paint job. They caused exposed paint damage to my auto using their pressurized spray to remove the decal wrap. I ended up spot painting my vehicle with professional materials. read more

Not only did his employee back into one of his customers car, I overheard the owner,Mike say that he would just tel the customer it was already there instead of being responsible for his employees actions. Second, the price wasn't what I was told it was going to be. It was literally double and it took the price from a good deal to waaaay overpriced. When I tried to talk to him about meeting in the middle on price to still be near his competitors, he said no and told his staff to take all of the wraps off of my vehicle. I called them and asked for a certain type and color of vinyl and the man on the phone told me yes they have it in stock and that i could come get buy some. i sent my wife over with the name and the vinyl color code and the same guy said that they don't have it in stock. i then called and try to talk with the manager/owner Mike about it the man was completely rude and an asshole! Told me strait up that my $20 wasn't worth his time. that it wasn't even worth his time on the phone. This is the worst customer care I have ever received from a business in my whole life. Don't go here for anything. if this is how bad they treat a customer I feel bad for anyone that works there! Just cause I wasn't there to spend $1000 that time doesn't mean i wouldn't have and now i sure as hell wont ever send anyone there or spend a $ there again. I order some vinyl striping for a 2015 Mustang GT from online. After getting it, the install seemed a little more involved than I wanted to take on. Called Beaver Stripes and MIke said to bring it down and they would install them. They got it right in. Mike told me two hours, but it only took one and charged a very fair install price. Not even worth One Star! Negative Stars would be more realistic! The worst business practices imaginable! 3.5 years ago I had black matte stripes put on my daughters 2006 Ford Mustang. After 1.5 years, the material began to slightly "crack". After 2 years the entire product looked like shattered glass. I contacted Mike at the 1.5 year point and stated my concerns. He did nothing but state "No Warranty". Now, 3.5 years later, the stripes are a complete embarrassment and I have decided to have them removed. I again called Mike, only this time I was completely shocked at how poorly I was treated and how utterly rude he was! I then emailed pictures of the car, he DENIED doing the work! I emailed the receipt and he DENIED any wrong doing, even blamed me for the condition of the stripes. The email correspondence he sent was completely unprofessional and demeaning. He offered no form of resolution, except of course a hefty quote to remove the stripes and reapply new ones. If only I could post pictures in this review, volumes would be spoken regarding his workmanship and quality of material with just one photo! Lesson Learned...when a business owner won't stand behind the product he uses there is a reason, it is as worthless as he is! read more
