These guys put a ceramic tint on my new LS Lexus and I could not be happier with results. Car stays cool thru the summer and the darker tint goes great in contrast with the white pearl paint. They are professional, keep you informed and work hard. I really can't complain except to say it was just too expensive. I have heard of people paying more but I have paid less and gotten a comparable job. At some point its hard to do any better. My RV looks good. I guess I was expecting something special for the price the quoted. They're prices are probably geared for high end cars that can be done in an hour or so. A motor home is a huge job. They did nothing wrong- I should not have been in a hurry and shopped some more. I feel like I paid more than I felt comfortable with. Not their fault. Had a catering dish of baked beans spill in my back seat... probably about 3lbs of beans.. was a huge mess. Was able to schedule a next day appointment with Magna, got me in first thing in the morning, couple hours later and the car looks brand new inside! A great no-frills detailing service. My Jeep was covered in dust inside and out. They did a great and thorough job, super friendly. Before I dropped off my vehicle my battery actually died and they were very accommodating and helped me get the battery out. The front of the shop looks empty but they are there, they're just renovating. Solid deal too, granted it was a special I think for COVID cleaning. I can't even begin to discuss how amazing this place is! My car was due for a deep clean after my fiancé's sunscreen exploded inside the car. This car looks better than it did when I bought it- that's how amazing Magna Detailing is! First off, they detailed the inside, outside and the engine and they are flawless. They also detailed my headlights which apparently had been coated with toothpaste by another auto shop in the valley. My headlights look brand.new. My truck: bought brand new in 2014. It's been to Rocky Point a dozen times, mobbing around the dunes and up Comp Hill. Road trip to Montana and back, countless off-roading and camping trips...this thing was FILTHY. These guys are literal time-travelers because they gave me my truck back looking like it just rolled off the damn lot. Absolutely INCREDIBLE work. They're my guys from now on, I will accept no challengers. But beyond the work they did on my Xterra...what struck me more was their ENTHUSIASM. This company is well-run, top to bottom. Their employees are not only happy, they're excited. My guy took me through the whole shop, pointing out the waiting rooms, the snack refrigerator, the kids play room, the garage...he was happy as hell to be doing what he was doing, and that is just so damn rare these days. They mean well they just don't do well. My relationship w them started off w me taking my car in for an onsight tinting of my Gen 5 4Runner. Rear windows were factory tinted so I thought I was being sold when the owner recommended a full front all around including light full tint on the front window. Owner walked me through everything including introducing me to tech that would mimic az heat. I was convinced so went w a full pkg. The owner offered me a full complimentary detail so I knew it would b pricey. Got the car back just before closing and wow, it looked Great! That said I should mention their detail is simply a car wash and vacuum so don't expect a wax like the term detail suggested. Was so impressed I asked them to do my house. Here's where things went south. I had an appointment for Thurs (I think) it was confirmed via their automated system. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm and I was busy w work so I ignored the call. Wrong move, they took it as a cancelled call and didn't show. Texted the owner and they came bk a week later. I started w 3 windows. They were already scheduled to come back in a few weeks as I had started a w ash contract so we discussed having them finish the remaining windows upon their return. Because of the last "detail" not including wax I asked for more info about the wash contract. Basically they wash your car for $245. Don't worry it includes your interior too. No carpet shampoo that's extra. After the tech left I took a close look at his work. It was bad, not horrible but close . The corner cuts were awful and the cut lines were crooked. I let the owner know and he promptly offered to fix it. W aired a week and the same installer came back . He fixed those windows (supposedly) and completed work on 4 more plus a door. He left, I inspected the windows and again the same problem. I reached out to the owner and expressed frustration. Said he would send his best guy out and fix everything. Another week goes by and they show up. My mind was blown when I say the original installer here now for the third time along w one other person. I am sorry but I couldn't resist saying "why are u here?" "You suck at your job. Why in the f**k would they send u back here?' Yeah, I get my honesty can b a little over the top but three times, really! They stayed for 5 min said they could do anything to fix the wk and left. I then got a note from the owner saying they don't work with customers that treat their employees that way. Apparently, the brutal honesty was too much. I disagree and think having to pay nearly a thousand dollars to a window tint trainee to come out three times and fix his crap work is much worse! Final thought. The owner did his best to provide top level service w the talent he had available. I have been building companies for 20 years. The success of your company comes down to market demand/timing, luck, and hiring the right staff. Unless I are a niche startup growing at ridiculous break neck speed in which case its gonna b sh*t show! :) Completed via voice to text so please forgive all the mistakes. read more

I came to Magna to get a detail and they exceeded my expectation! I own two huskies and they shed like crazy. No matter where I went nobody could ever get rid of all the dog hair which seemed to be buried within the cloth of my car. When coming to magna they promised me they'd do there best to completely get rid of the hair. I dropped off my car in the morning and only couple hours later I received a call informing me that my car was done. My car looked like it came right off the dealership lot and even smelled like it! The tint service was great but the customer service from the quote guy was terrible. First, the phone system is bad because you can call there and it will direct you to separate entity. Plus, receiving calls from them is always a different and not from the business number, so if you have random numbers automatically denied on your phone setting, the phone calls won't come in except for the pickup call. So to start, we had an verbal agreement on a certain tint and when we left, but we decided to change the tint percentage to the same all around about a hour after we left. Next, we tried multiple calls but no luck so we filled out a form online to get a call back and we were eating lunch across town at the time. We kept trying to call and call but still no luck, then they tried to call me about a problem with the windshield layout but my phone is set to deny random numbers. Then, we got alerts on the car app about the doors opening so we knew they started to tint the windows and I tried to call again but no luck. Finally, I got a call from the business to let me know my car is ready for pickup and I began to tell the guy, I tried to call all day about the tint percentage change. I went to pickup the car, and told him about it the change then he starts to be extremely rude about it and wanting to charge extra for the change, despite me trying to get a hold of them all day. Even, his secretary was closing her eyes and shaking her head when he was being rude. My wife got in front of me to keep me away from him and he said they will correct with rude remarks. They need to get their phone system together and greatly improve their customer service skills or fire the quote guy if he can't be professional and act like a child read more

Met these guys a Barrett Jackson and love to support locals and those with like interests, so I brought my car to them for tint and PPF to protect from Arizona rocks. Made an appointment a week in advance; discussed what was to be done: Tint and PPF. Appointment day: took the day off work, drove an hour away, get there and discuss what was to be done to the car (Tint and PPF), sat there in the shop and waited on the vehicle for 6 hours which is what I expected, no problem. At the end of the 6 hours, car is ready and looks great.... BUT..... NO PPF!!! "Sorry, our PPF installer doesn't work today, but you can bring it back later this week, it should take another 4 hours." That would have been huge to know in the beginning (or when we made the appointment) and we could have rescheduled. You had a week to figure that out and then 6 hours to tell me while I sat there. Even worse, when making the appointment, I was told I would get a "complimentary detail" since they had to clean the car to get the PPF on, but they charged me for the detail and no PPF. read more
