They are rank amateurs when in comes to responsible clean-up, they could've easily done a good job by using rakes, brooms, dust pans, and debris cans. TRIMMING not BUTCHERED. Left it lopsided! My upset husband contacted him to come back and TRY to fix the damage literally pointing out which branches needed to go. I stayed inside because I was so angry & disappointed about this that when Scott came back I refused to speak to him. It's so very ugly, so very unhappy. So if you want bare looking trees, hire Scott. The agreement: trim the branches going over to the neighbor's yard & dead branches. Thin out a few branches and then trim The bottom 8' straight across to look clean and neat. I can't even begin to tell u how terribly terribly ugly this is. He did not offer a discount, he offered to come plant another tree for free. Scott, you won't be invited back to our property. The crew was scheduled quickly and arrived the following week on August 4th. Did great work removing two Blue Spruces and a small Juniper and left everything clean and tidy. They offered for me to pay as they were leaving. When I asked about the stumps that were supposed to be ground they said the smaller grinder was needed between the houses and would follow in one to two weeks. I said I'd be more than happy to pay when the job is complete. Its been two weeks today August 18th, and not a peep. Called twice this morning and no answer. Finally got through on August 20th, the agent in-training could only take my information to forward it to the appropriate person. September 1st. Still no contact from this company regarding stump grinding yet to be done. September 2nd. Tried calling the arborist that originally quoted the work as well as the owner. Neither answered and both voicemail boxes were full and not able to take a message.
