On the day of the work, the crew was on site for less than an hour, yet I was charged the full amount. I complained and was told the amount would be reduced, but I have not received and refund. The work was minimal. I would not hire this company again.

TRIMMING not BUTCHERED. Left it lopsided! My upset husband contacted him to come back and TRY to fix the damage literally pointing out which branches needed to go. I stayed inside because I was so angry & disappointed about this that when Scott came back I refused to speak to him. It's so very ugly, so very unhappy. So if you want bare looking trees, hire Scott. The agreement: trim the branches going over to the neighbor's yard & dead branches. Thin out a few branches and then trim The bottom 8' straight across to look clean and neat. I can't even begin to tell u how terribly terribly ugly this is. He did not offer a discount, he offered to come plant another tree for free. Scott, you won't be invited back to our property. So so disappointed. $525 to pay you to ruin our beautiful tree was absurd.

Being from the DC area I had never experienced this sort of "greenery" before. We had tried using the "yard debris" bin we got from the Disposal company, but it was useless especially since they only collect it once every two weeks. Anyway, somebody narced on us and went to the HOA complaining. To be fair to me, I had already started the quote process. I hired Dave and his business partner for the job. They did a beautiful job for what I think was a fair price based on the amount of work needed. I do not have the before photos, but it was bad enough (I suppose) to make a little old man cranky. Thanks Dave, I appreciate you getting me out of this predicament! Highly recommend and will use again if things get out of control with those damn pine needles and cones.

There was a lot of communication and checking in to make sure all the work was being done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of dangerous weeds growing in my yard that were harmful to my pets and the crew was able to knock everything down to the dirt and haul everything away. And there was a lot to haul away! They were also able to work with in my budget and keep things affordable. I would hire this company again and I would recommend them to anyone needing good hard workers! The before and after photos are like day and night to how it started and where it finished. I am now ready with my blank slate to grow a beautiful garden!

When the time came for him to do the spring cleaning he stated that only half of the property was in the quore he gave me, and asked for almost double the price he had originally stated in the quote! The lawn care he provided was basically mowing even though he said it would include weading and fertilizing! This gentleman is very unprofessional and with a low sense of integrity.
