We cannot recommend Beaver Tree Service highly enough. I have never seen a crew work harder or with more attention to detail. They showed-up on time every day and were true to their quote. Pricing was clear and never changed until we asked them to take more trees, at which point Chuck told us the new price before work was started. There were no surprises. We received incredible value for the money we spent; their pricing was very competitive. The property where we are having work done is a large old home with a beautiful yard. Our goal is to keep a beautiful yard and preserve most of the large hardwoods while keeping the home safe from trees. Several huge trees were critically close to the house and dozens were within striking distance should a wind storm take them down. As we were getting quotes from several tree services in the area, our main concern aside from keeping the house safe was to minimize damage to the property and the landscape we are keeping. We intend to give the remaining trees the best conditions for health. Dillon is a certified Arborist and took time walking the property with us while giving us his advice on each tree. It's clear that his expertise goes far beyond just removing unwanted trees; he's essentially a tree doctor. His team pruned most of the trees we are keeping giving them a much nicer shape and reducing the potential for falling branches. These guys are a fast moving, precise, well oiled machine. The equipment they brought into the yard was minimal because they do all their work using climbers and ropes. I have a rental property in Enterprise, AL but live in Mississippi. We found Beaver Tree Service online and called because they were veteran owned. I called Chuck shortly after I found out from my renters, that a branch from the large oak tree in the front yard had fallen on both their vehicles in the driveway. He got to the property quickly and emailed me an estimate on the same day. His crew not only took care of the damage quickly, (which included removing the branch from the fence and cars, removing the rest of the large oak tree, grinding the stump, trimming a second tree so it wouldn't damage the house later and hauled off all the debris. You couldn't even tell there was ever a tree there!) But when I suggested taking down the other oak tree, to be safe in the future, he told me it was in good shape and I didn't need to remove it. He trimmed it instead, so branches wouldn't fall onto the house later. He also informed me of additional damage to the fence, that I was unaware of, so I could report it to my insurance company. Got a great price estimate on an oak that we wanted cut down. During the interval between the estimate and the cutting day Chuck kept me informed and was very good at communicating. When the day came they were here when they said they would be and were very fast and efficient. Every guy on the crew knew his job and the job went by smoothly. Clean up was excellent and Chuck followed up a few day later to see if everything was good. At first I was skeptical when Chuck said that they wouldn't use a boom truck and would be having one of the crew climb the tree (the tree was massive), but come cut day my skepticism was dispelled. Chuck and his guys did a fantastic job! We had 4 trees removed and 2 trimmed, including one hanging over the house. They were here bright and early, checked with me to ensure they were not blocking my ability to leave for work and got right to it. Everything was done very professionally. Excellent cleanup. Excellent communication. Excellent care of my house and fence which had trees right next to them. They removed 7 trees and countless stumps and at the end, you could not tell there had ever been trees or stumps there. During recent storms a tree fell onto the roof of one of my houses. Chuck gave me a fair estimate and was able to remove the tree in a short period of time. The entire crew was very professional and polite. After removing the tree they did an excellent job cleaning up and removing the tree from the property. These guys started early and worked non-stop each day they were here until the job was done. My trees were quite mature, very close to our house with large limbs hanging over the house, and inside a fence. These guys know what they are doing!
