My inquiry was quickly recognized, he scheduled soon after, he was on time every time he made an appointment, and he was respectful of my family, my property, and my time during every interaction. I wish all businesses I interacted with operated similarly. The mature trees canopied our pool. We watched most of the removal service and were amazed at how only a few leaves ever fell into the pool, and even those were immediately scooped out. We felt so safe watching how purposeful and planned each cut was. His entire team took time to make sure every move was safely and correctly done. Nothing felt accidental during any step of the process, which was incredibly comforting when dealing with massive trees near your home. There is no way to bring heavy trucks and machinery into a yard and not have some damage, but the damage to the yard was significantly less than what we expected, and truthfully it was barely noticeable in most places. Several times each day they stopped to clean up any branches, leaves, etc. We needed to clean nothing after they left! The yard was left in immaculate shape. Tim and his team were busy while here, even through the heat. I was impressed at the work ethic of each team member from start to finish. We ended up talking to each at some point over their few days on-site, and each were polite and respectful. The intention from the beginning was to make sure both our goal of removing trees was completed, but also that the yard and remaining trees were healthy. They delivered! They discussed early and often with us if they expected changes from the initial plan and kept us informed throughout. Tim runs a family business and his wife, Jodie, was also a dream to work with. The entire process was handled so professionally and pleasantly. As a bonus, if you are able to watch the trees come down, you should! This team is truly skilled at what the do. Seeing the climbers go up, the safety procedures on the ground, the trucks grind up the trees, we were floored at how interesting the process was. 10/10 recommend Tim, and have already had neighbors use him as well. They agree he is a pro and also wouldn't hesitate to recommend. If you've read this far it's likely because you've been also burned by a contractor in the past, but I genuinely believe you will be pleased working with this team.

We had an emergency and they came out at 9pm on a SUNDAY! It wasn't a tree we needed removed, it was a tree we needed climbed to rescue our parrot. They were all super nice on the phone, and they are good people that wanted to help us. AND THEY DID! A1 Tree Service went above and beyond the call of duty; I watched a man climb 70 feet up a pine tree, to the TOP, at 9:30pm and rescue our parrot.
