I'm recovering from surgery and physically unable to handle the lawn myself. With weeds getting out of control, I was depending on them to follow through , especially since we're at risk of a visit from code enforcement. After they received our payment, Big Ed's completely disappeared. No job done. No refund. No responses to multiple follow-ups. This is not just unprofessional; this is a scam. Let me start by saying I do not use this company for their services…read more I have dealt with Brian and his company for about 10 years now, because he cuts lawns for the business next door and the business on and off across the street. My experience is that he and his employees do not have respect for the personal property of others. Multiple times I have complained about himself and his employees accessing my property as a convenience. Over the years he has "accidentally" cut down and run over bushes in my yard. Bushes that are 4 feet from the property line. Most recently I dealt with them dropping a neighbor's tree in my yard on a row of bushes. I was not even offered an apology and if I hadn't come home from lunch to see the damage when I was there I wouldn't have known who did the work. When I approached him to complain I was told that I needed to sue the property owner. If you want your neighbors to hate you, hire Brian and his landscaping company.
