Very disappointed. I called and asked for an $250.00 arrangement for my wife with balloons or bears or anything that would look big for her birthday. Tax and all I paid $268.75 and received just a small mixed bouquet. please see attached and let me know if this looks anywhere close to $268.75 that I paid. This concerns me due to telling Beavercreek Florist my wife was from Mexico and didn't speak English. I advised that my wife was having a bad day to please make sure the display was big. When I complained (1st time ever feeling compelled to let others know how I was treated) I was advised to stop by and pick up a 25.00 gift card!!!! That is an insult to me. Please see attached photos. Please make a good decision when choosing a place to treat the people you love. Avoid this place. This is the first time I bought flowers from a floral shop and been disappointed. Never again!!!!!!!! read more

The flowers I ordered were out of stock. I was not notified. They replaced the flowers with whatever they had on hand. All of the flowers were small and did not look healthy. Her compensation was to provide 6 red roses after I complained. They too were second-hand flowers. Definitely, do not recommend! Zero stars! read more

Ordered anniversary flowers for my wife and they were never delivered. They said they received their order late. They never bothered to contact me to let me know. I stopped in here a week before Valentine's Day and asked if they could make a better flower arrangement than Kroger's. I was informed that they easily could, so I ordered and payed for two dozen arranged roses. I stopped in the afternoon of Valentine's Day, like I said I would. The order was messed up and I was told there was only a dozen roses so they needed a few minutes to fix it. What I got was hastily arranged and not good quality that lasted only a few days. I could have saved myself about eighty dollars and went with a better arrangement from Kroger's. Never ever use this place again. read more

I always like to find a local florist for flower delivery rather than use the big services like FTD or 1800Flowers. Though I tend to eschew phone calls, I called here and talked to a very helpful person. She helped me personalize the perfect arrangement within my given budget for a family member. The arrangement arrived the next day and made her day. I don't know what it looked like, but I hear it was gorgeous. The service alone deserves 5 stars. read more

Endearing and impressive. With extensive background in sales and customer service, I'm initially compelled to focus on the service of my experience with B'Creek Florist. Just wow! Within the first moments of speaking, Tom's demeanor and attitude were indicative of someone who genuinely cared about me, their prospective customer, their work, and my experience in my dealings with them. There was zero 'selling' taking place (ew; I'm deathly allergic to salespeople!), rather a conversation between friends that would result in a meaningful exchange for both. Having learned my friend, a new realtor, completed her first sale (in week one upon successful completion of "the test"), I wanted to congratulate her with flowers. The trickery: SO new, her routines in the office had not yet been established. Long story short, Tom made getting a delivery* happen within a very short and tight window. *Delivery: Just wow, round II! The selection he made (there was too little time to create something custom), was stunning. The arrangement was quite generous with beautiful, vivid blooms, yet with limited and tasteful greenery. It was a big hit with my friend - and her colleagues. Just wow, round III: The delivery was made within roughly 15 minutes of our call ending. In light of the circumstances, Tom was able to make the delivery outside of how I perceived deliveries are typically managed - yet without additional charge. I'm so glad I paid attention all those times I passed that "little house" on Fairfield and was able to draw upon my memory when in need of flowers. I'm confident my experience with B'Creek Florist/Tom tremendously outweighed any experience I would have had with a 1-800 national retailer. read more

We had a friend of ours pass last week, the visitation and memorial service are tomorrow morning. We dragged our feet in ordering flowers and searched online for a florist near the funeral home with a good review ranking. Beavercreek Florist satisfied both. I placed the order on their website, which the site made super simple. After completing the order and getting a confirmation email, since it was 4:00 PM, I called the florist directly to verify they got the order. They were very courteous and after several minutes, they indicated that the order had not come in yet. They took my phone number and indicated they would call before they closed shop to tell me whether they did or didn't get the order. A few minutes after 5 (they close at 5:00), they called to tell me that they had received the order, and that the arrangement had been created and would be delivered first think in the morning. Hats off to Beavercreek Florist for a stellar example great customer service. I highly recommend Beavercreek Florist. read more

Would recommend, hands down! I contacted Beavercreek Florists last week with a really odd request. I wasn't fully sure of my idea, or how to even accomplish it, but I knew that I wanted to make my friends birthday a little extra special. I wanted to remind her of how amazing she is and send her some sort of affirmation notes. I called Beavercreek Florist with the idea of sending a document with each note written out and having them include it with the flowers somehow. They spoke to the florist designer and came back and said that they could do it. I was still not sure how, but I left it in their capable hands. My friend text me as soon as she received the flowers and included a picture. I was blown away by what they were able to do. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to with this one.  The extra care and effort that they put into this request is not something you find every day. Thank you Beavercreek Florist for listening and making this happen! read more

They were supposed to deliver a birthday arrangement to me from my son. They never bought the arrangement instead they left a card on the door saying to call them. They never contacted my son to let them know that they did not send the arrangement. when I tried to contact them they did not answer the phone. I sent them an email they have yet to respond and it's been over 24 hours. So they took my son's money didn't deliver the flowers and have yet to contact us as to why they did this. Thestomer service is really bad. Let's sust no one use this florist if you expect good courteous customer service. read more

I selected an arrangement from the cooler to be delivered to a funeral home in the area. It had a long piece of loose grass dangling over the side of the container. Talked to the florist and told her I wanted additional greenery to give the arrangement more height and she assured me that it would be taken care of. She said the long piece of grass dangling over the container would be taken care of also. I go to the funeral home and see the flowers up front and I was quite disappointed. It looked as if the greenery had been just "stuck" in the top and the piece of long grass was still dangling loose over the side of the container. read more
