I arrived at…read more5:18 and was picking out the color (already had it selected but needed the number) and an older woman saw me and said, "I'm shutting down the paint machine," as she walked by me and made it CLEAR as she looked right at me, that she saw me, as she also stated she was going to turn off the lights, but left them on for me. It takes less than 5 min to mix paint (I've bought many gallons here) and I tried my best to make it in time to get what I needed. As I approached the counter and held up the paint chip, she said, "I've shut it down." I then said, "I sped from work to get here on time. I really wanted to get the color." I turned to walk away and she said, "Fine. Just give it to me." Her demeanor and posturing made it obvious that she wasn't wanting to help me and, let's be honest- there was no way I wanted to be near her negative energy. She had more than 10 minutes to help me get my paint before closing.. So- sorry- Ace won't get my paint business anymore, at least if she is around.

And what prompted me today: my wife just returned from their store in tears declaring, "I just go yelled at for trying to find the epoxy you wanted! I'm never going back!"
