But, their red wines are chilled, which ruins the experience; a good Pinot Noir deserves to be enjoyed with the full-flavor and body at room temp. The service is usually pretty good, with someone behind the bar- but often there is only 1 person. We often wish there were more live music- a space to go and sip and enjoy tunes! There is a trivia night, but we stopped attending as it is no fun trying to be competitive when the MC gets intoxicated and struggles to maintain a flow. Overall, it is a good brewery for being in Dillon- but it is the only brewery, which means there's no competition to improve.
