These so called workers were very unprofessional, the things we asked them to do in our back yard didn't get done, the manager or whoever is in charge wouldn't call back. Every time I try to post on their Facebook page, they delete and block me. I contacted Beaver Jack after a huge storm split a tree in my backyard. "BJ" came over to give me an estimate. I then got an email confirming it on May 13, 2025. It said I would be contacted to set up the date for removal. I was never contacted again. I called the office x3 and after the 3rd call, I was told that it would be scheduled within the week. That never happened and after 5 weeks of initial contact, I never heard from BeaverJack again. I am still stuck with a dead tree in my yard and have reached out to another tree service. They gave a reasonable quote, came the following week, and took down the trees, as desired. HOWEVER, they destroyed the entire yard driving equipment, left massive, dangerous logs in our suburban front yard for days, and (most frustratingly), never finished the job. They said they would grind the stumps a day or two later, got paid, and then never came back. Several calls have been unreturned. We needed an extra large oak tree cleaned up in our back yard. Not cut done, just have the dead cleaned out and crown raised. Beaver Jack could not agree more, it is a beautiful tree. They came to the house a few days after talking to them, and looked the job over. The owner explained how they would go about doing the job and gave us a phenomenal price. They worked around our schedule to do the job. When they came to do the work, the crew was ready to work and did a very professional and safety orientated job. Not only safe and professional for them and our property but took very good care of our neighbors too. Closing out the job was a breezy and I couldn't be any happier. Completely dissatisfied. Crew removed pine tree in front my house and cleanup was terrible. All they did was blow debris on side of my driveway. Bid was to have stump removed also which I was never told they weren't going to do that the same day. Going on 4 weeks I am still waiting for them to remove stump.
