He cut the corner of my right big toe & made it bleed. I told him that I cut the nail myself before I came. Maybe a week before. It hurt when he was cutting it. He accused me of making it bleed. She has always been able to provide whatever I ask for and never makes a fuss. The customer service is very good. The girl at the front desk is an absolute sweet heart and always makes me feel welcome. They offer a punch card for a free pedi and discount for paying with cash. There is an atm in the salon but it does ask for a surcharge. When you get GelX they offer you a little card for a warranty with your nail color and the date of service. If anything breaks or chips within 7 days of the service, they will fix it for free. I have never seen anything like this. I also believe their prices are more than fair. They have so many cat eye polish colors and chrome as well. I will be returning every two weeks for a fill because I primarily work with my hands and often break nails. But if I had a desk job I would be able to last 3-4 weeks likely.

Danny is always very pleasant, respectful, and makes sure every customer leaves happy, which is why we continue to come back. Unfortunately, when he's not present, there are serious issues with appointment scheduling. On two separate occasions, the other male employee made appointments for us, only to later say he forgot about another client who was already booked. Both times, we were turned away without any real effort to accommodate us. This has been especially frustrating because my mom recently had knee surgery, and it's not easy for her to keep going back and forth for appointments that were supposed to be confirmed. It shows a lack of organization and consideration for customers' time and situations. We truly appreciate Danny and the way he runs the salon when he's there, but the inconsistency when he's not present makes it difficult to rely on scheduled appointments. I hope this issue gets addressed because the salon has great potential with the right management in place.
