Over priced, horrible work, place was filthy, nail tech had an attitude the whole time. I also want to mention how she (no exaggeration) used a pea sized amount of lotion and rubbed it on her hands first then slightly brushed her fingers over my fingers as a hand massage. Also had her wax my eyebrows once months ago and she ruined them. I wouldn't recommended any of their services. I normally pay around $30 5 mins away for the same service which here it starts at $45 for a basic gel manicure. Nails looked already 2 weeks grown out before I even left the salon. read more

Should be 0 stars. Personally never write reviews, but I feel like I've been scammed. I would not recommend this place. Will not be coming back. Been disrespected time and time again. The owner changes her price each time (especially price for when paying with cash) Multiple Poor Experiences: 1. An appointment was made and re confirmed with my sisters when they visited 2 days prior. When I arrived to my appointment I was told I didn't have one and then told I showed up at the wrong time and date even though it was confirmed multiple times. 2. I've gotten my nails done here before (at least 4-5 times, not including my sisters and mom whose gotten it done) and never have been charged an extra $5 for shaping and when discussed with the owner she states "we probably didn't notice". On her prices list, shaping is part of acrylic fee and NOT under manicure nails. -Based off her prices and the owner's logic, my appointment should have been just gel color change with a "reshaping fee" which then still would have been a total of $35 and not $40. Ridiculous. Photos show her prices list, what I presented with at the nail salon and what was done. An unjust charge of $5 for reshaping although it's the same exact shape, just trimmed to be even. I don't care about the $ but don't appreciate her attitude and changing up things. read more

My nails always look perfect, conversation is great, the tv shows they play are always good and entertaining, and the staff always helps me pick a cool color when i come in without any idea what i want. Very disappointed in this salon, terrible customer service and they are very rude. They treat their customers very bad and are not nice at all. Their work is average, nothing special with insane prices. Charge extra for every little thing. Don't ever get glitter from here because you'll pay over 100$. read more

I came in as a walk-in and they got me in very quickly. My nails and toes turned out beautiful and my techinician was very gentle (I've been to other salons where they were rough and caused pain; not the case here). It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back! read more

I had only been to this salon one time, had an okay experience. It's small and dark in there almost puts you to sleep. Literally paid $75 for a fill in for the simplest nails ever. I was charged an extra $25 for the tiny hearts on each nail... which I felt I was being way too overcharged but I did not say anything and was happy with my nails, and on top of that I tipped her, the owner, Sammie. And I even expressed to her that I would be coming back. However, she was not being super friendly with me and I didn't really feel appreciated as a customer at all. If anything she was being hostile but I just did not take it that way at first. I didn't think anything of it and I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But looking at the reviews I now know that Sammie has an attitude problem that she needs to work on before interacting with customers. Weeks later I attempted to call her salon to get another refill on my nails, but she picks up the phone and doesn't say a word, almost like a child playing with the phone. I DMed their salon on instagram asking if I can make an appointment and that there's something wrong with their phone system, but she blocks me??? What kind of customer service is that? How are you allowed to run a business when you are literally acting like a child. Not sure if this is a racism issue but I'd recommend you take a course and learn how to treat customers before your salon shuts down for a second time. read more

Paid 80$ for the nails done below, you can obviously tell it's a simple gel manicure with a small amount of glitter. Mind you I have shorter nails so not as much work has to be done. When i questioned them why I was getting charged so much they were very rude to me and said that I always complain. I have never once complained throughout the many years of me going there. I wasn't complaining just simply asking why I was being overcharged for this simple manicure. Every time i go the prices fluctuate between each stylist. They took down their prices off the wall so they can freely charge you and rip you off. Each stylist sets their own price. I've gone there before and gotten way more complex and detailed nail designs and paid 45$. Doesn't seem to make sense how their prices fluctuate each time. Most stylists in this salon do poor work. The only 2 good stylists are VAN and Trang. The manager and Sammie are extremely rude and do such bad work. Sammie cuts nails crookedly while Lynn the manager doesn't take in to consideration the shape that you want. I know a friend who has gone to Lynn before and she told her that she wanted medium length square nails. When she left the salon her nails were extremely short and were shaped round. They don't care about there customers at all. After this experience of asking why I got charged 80$ for this the salon blocked all of my friends and family members. We are no longer able to call the salon and they even admitted to blocking us. There was no yelling or arguing on our part so the fact that they blocked us is outrageous. What kind of salon blocks it's customers phone numbers who have been going to them for years. New owners recently which has put them on a high pedestal. Their work is not good at all except for Van and Trang. Trang is absolutely incredible with her designs and work and is very professional and nice, as well as Van. NEVER stepping foot in this salon again. Outrageous prices for poor work. Do not recommend going there. PS. They have a horrible parking lot. The parking lot is so uneven and has cracks and holes everywhere. It is impossible to back up in this parking lot. My tire completely ripped from their parking lot. read more

I went here two weeks ago for a refill with the most simplest design. My total was $60 and I tipped $10 because I enjoyed my experience however my nails didn't even make it to a week and half before the acrylic started lifting. I'm not sure what's going on with these salons but you have to do better in regards to longevity (these are supposed to last 2-3 weeks) . Also I'm pretty sure they are using mma because I attempted to soak off as my nails were lifting badly and it was very sticky and took me a very long time. read more

Love this nail salon! Being going here for a few years, before EM took over and did a little remodel to the interior and to some staff. My daughter and I have seen a few nail techs; Sammy, Van and now I am with Lam and could not be happier. Everyone is super friendly and patient...especially with my daughter who brings in inspo pics that they always meet and exceed her wishes. Prices are great also. read more
