She has always been able to provide whatever I ask for and never makes a fuss. The customer service is very good. The girl at the front desk is an absolute sweet heart and always makes me feel welcome. They offer a punch card for a free pedi and discount for paying with cash. There is an atm in the salon but it does ask for a surcharge. When you get GelX they offer you a little card for a warranty with your nail color and the date of service. If anything breaks or chips within 7 days of the service, they will fix it for free. I have never seen anything like this. I also believe their prices are more than fair. They have so many cat eye polish colors and chrome as well. I will be returning every two weeks for a fill because I primarily work with my hands and often break nails. But if I had a desk job I would be able to last 3-4 weeks likely.
