Low prices my a**! They are a ups access point so I went to drop a package off and get a label printed and they wanted to charge me $7! TO PRINT A PIECE OF PAPER! Not the sticky kind. A literal piece of paper. But made sure to let me know a ups store would do it for free lol. read more

I was very much looking forward to doing business with a family owned company, unfortunately that wasn't possible. I was appalled by the unnecessary rudeness I encountered over the phone. They did not answer any of my questions. I was at a loss of words at how annoyed this man became because of my inquiry of their business, pricing and products. I honestly don't know how they remain in business with such poor customer service. I truly hope the attitude and lack of professionalism I encountered is not company wide. Terrible customer service. Their printing is far inferior to any of their competitors and the ink cartridges I purchased lasted half as long as the ones I normally buy. I typically love to support local family owned businesses, but I would warn you to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time and energy supporting this company. Shop here before going to Office Max/ Staples/ Office Depot. They have everything that those big chains offer and 9 times out of 10 BEC is cheaper! I've purchased everything here from paper/pens/ink for my printer, printing/faxing machines, and beautiful furniture for my office (they even come out to your office location and design/suggest options for you!) They have helped me with some documents that I needed for my renters too. Great service and family owned, so you know they care about their customers. I go here for EVERYTHING! read more
