Called Chase multiple times and it was always "we have it handled". IRS notices kept coming. HPG stops returning phone calls and did not resolve issue. Finally after getting sick of getting notices, I contact IRS and spend 3 days probably total time on phone/correspondence with IRS and finally resolved earlier this year. IRS stated never received anything from HPG. All calls and messages to HPG unanswered and ignored. So unprofessional. I have so many friends that I sent to him too... some pretty big clients of his.
