Within a half hour of our initial phone call, Rina returned our call and spoke with us for upwards of 20 minutes, not even yet being our official attorney. Being nervous wrecks, Rina helped give us some calm just with that initial phone call, and within 48 hours we were able to meet with her in office. She couldn't have been more friendly, down to earth, honest, and straightforward. Throughout our tenure, Rina communicated with us many times - emails, phone calls, even a visit to our house once.
