This is where i found out he never filed my case as well as the cases he's had that weren't finished. I was at the court house this week, meeting with creditor trustee and when asked if anyone Owed me money, i said yes. My lawyer explained the issue and when he said Mr. Fenelon's name, the trustee's response was "oh him? Figures". Yikes, he doesn't even have good rapport there either. Imagine getting ready for the Holidays and just one evening going about your lives and suddenly - almost as if blindsided by a freight train - find yourself being the true victims of somebody you once trusted's scorn and revenge - and scrambling on what to properly do next. Without getting into details for personal as well as professional reasons, think something along the lines of "a crazy person on those Lifetime movies out to get you" (yes, those situations DO HAPPEN). Not knowing what to do or where to turn, we were online the next morning looking for great attorneys. Never having ANY dealings with the law in our lives aside a few traffic violations, we had no recommendations; and were only able to read reviews on a few sites that came up via a search engine - we were led to DAVI LAW and were recommended "Rina". Within a half hour of our initial phone call, Rina returned our call and spoke with us for upwards of 20 minutes, not even yet being our official attorney.
