Service: Lip fillers My name is Ashli!!! Just warning you…read morenot to ever get your lips done here please!! I built a great relationship with Dr. Brenza! I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.

Everyone was extremely nice, professional, took the time to answer my questions, in addition to making sure I was taken care of. Dr. Swartz and Dr. Cohen performed my surgery in February. At the surgical center, I was treated very well, and made very comfortable. Dr. Swartz made it a point to speak with me prior to the surgery which meant a lot to me. I am 58 years old, and have lived with this condition all of my life. It wasn't until the past couple of years that it affected my vision. Today, just prior to the appointment, I was called by the, " Office Manager" and asked if I was coming to the appointment. I told her no, and explained the aforementioned. At that time, she told me that I would be charged 75.00 for a missed appointment. She also said that she told me this the previous day. She did not. Also, I never received, or returned any paperwork from them and had no idea of any specific policies. At no time did I confirm an appointment. While I was talking to her about being rude, she hung up on me. When I called back another office personnel sided with her and said, I don't think she was being rude to you. Your appointment will be cancelled, but you will be charged 75.00." Both of them were grossly rude. No one should ever speak to a customer in the manner that both of them spoke to me.
