As a result of that i had a painfull infection that lasted about 3 month's and ended up with muffled hearing and pressure in right ear, which i still have. I went to Penn Becker to find out about tuboplasty and if i would be a canidate for it. I saw Vir Patel. During my visit a nasal endoscopy was performed. The next day i could not breath through my nose. I got a 7 day antibiotic through telemed thinking the wand on the scope must have been dirty. Antibiotic didn't work, went to an ENT who gave me 10 day antibiotic which didn't work, then a 14 day with no relief. The ENT who i saw after this i had a total of 5 visit's with. A CAT scan revealed chronic sinusitis which i still have. My ENT has done all he can and i am managing this with over the counter product's. I am still congested, get nose bleeds and sneeze attacks. I called Penn Becker on 12-11-24 to let them know what happened. I was told that it would be reviewed for 30 days. The decision came back, they provided me a service and they want payed for it. Total disregard for my well being, "money doctor". I called BC/BS to see if they could help. After a phone conference i was told it would be reviewed once again. After about 6 wk.s i was told the same thing. I was also told that i probably had a cold at the time of the endoscopy and that's what i caused the sinusitus? So it's my fault? My breathing was perfectly fine before i went there, so now i have plugged sinuses to go along with my plugged ear. The last ENT i saw told me sinusitis can become permanent. Great. Lawyers won't touch this. I know from the perforated eardrum. I got a letter last wk. from Benn Pecker driving home again how i am responsible to pay them but on the other hand they relinquish themselves from any responsibility from the injury to me that resulted from the visit. So it only cost me $501.00 for chronic sinusitis, total bill was $953.00. Not bad. On top of that the doctor was really rude to me, i wish i had walked out now. I had to pay for 5 visits with my last ENT plus a cat scan, not to mention the over the counter product's which i continue to buy. So i went there for help for an injury another medical facility caused and ended up with another injury. Unbelievable! If there was not a thing called a credit score i would not pay this. I will be making my first payment this wk. I think i would have been better off going to a veterenarian. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

In other words, they refuse to tell you what the hearing aids cost and what you are paying for the services. The cost can be over $6000 and you have no idea what hearing aids actually cost! Not disclosed are the hearing aids (recommended to me) are produced by a manufacturer who owns Hearing Life, the company the runs REM. In short, they are all owned by the same company. After the visit I emailed some questions and received a timely response. Again, in addition to the answer to my questions, I was informed the prices quoted me at my eval were "sale" prices which were going up shortly.

while I was sojourning in NJ my Windex Moment 440 left ear hearing aid malfunctioned. pleasant…read moreenough staff. I left aid for repair or replacement with the mfg I was told the fee was $350.00 [even though it was still under warranty]. The aid was allegedly shipped to mfg. I respect capitalism so I did not complain the last mold replacement was only [and still is] $100.00. The technician did indicate he was not familiar with the Widex brand The problems are as follows: [a] Ascent lost the aid while in its care with a nearly 30 day lapse and [b] created a new mold for the left ear which was vastly different from the original, bulkier and had only one hole [not 2] for routine maintenance cleaning. I left store with a very uncomfortable but minimally functional R/L hearing aid set. The 2 aids did not communicate properly, I suspect because of the incorrect mold on left ear I replaced said mold when I recently returned to Florida for $100.00. What are my issues: [1] the loss of the hearing aid was ascent's negligence [not mine] [2] the mold created was improper for the Widex hearing aid which could have been ordered from mfg and [3] Ascent took no effort that I am aware of to determine the hearing was and still is under warranty lessening the out of pocket cost to me. I cannot in good faith recommend this company for repairs of Widex hearing aids. You proceed at your own peril for other brands as my observations are universal

Service: Lip fillers My name is Ashli!!! Just warning you…read morenot to ever get your lips done here please!! I built a great relationship with Dr. Brenza! I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.
